Besiktas signed Mehmet Topal for 1-year
Besiktas has signed Mehmet Topal for 1-year with 3 million euro salary as without doubt main reason for such short period of transfer is being due of player to be 35 years old.
Without doubt, 35-year is being an age at football which some footballers still capable to show competitive game but within year could lose its speed with body not providing response which it did in younger age. Still, this could be good transfer for Besiktas as Topal when being on top form is still capable showing strong competitive game and if manages to show continuous strong performance could be even become regular starting 11. This transfer also being good opportunity for Topal to prove everyone he is capable of showing top performance at top club if he would be staying at good form and far from injuries. Therefore, even through it could be seen slightly risky transfer, it could turn out to be good one for Besiktas.
Also due of upcoming foreign players limit, Besiktas would be focussing into Turkish players and getting good experienced player is good strategy for sure.
Altay extended contract with Mustafa Denizli.
Altay has made extension deal with its head coach Mustafa Denizli after he has raised his side to Super League following play-off round games with side which he started his playing career.
Even through during head coach career he is mainly remembered with performance of big 4 clubs, he did spend his footballing career almost all years at Altay and its being specifically pleasant for him to help side to be at Super League once again. This extension has been delayed due of some negotiations which took place at the contract but its been known that both parties wanted to continue so its not surprise that deal been made between parties eventually. Now without doubt Mustafa Denizli would be focussing to bring some good results in club which he highly connected in upcoming days focussing mainly to keep themselves far from relegation.
As been noted, this has been important extension deal for both parties with Denizli having some much connection with side.
Omar Ellabdelloui is being included at squad for PSV Eindhoven games.
Galatasaray did include its player Omar Elabdelloui at squad for Champions League 2nd qualifier games against PSV Eindhoven, providing without doubt some good goodwill and motivation as he was selected for first time since eye-accident which took place.
Even through it is not expected due of his eye condition that Elabdelloui to be able to play against PSV Eindhoven this action could be seen as important action to provide needed motivation and confidence to player and also possibly sign of him to be playing during upcoming season at some point as it does look like there might not be reason for him to finish his footballing career which been highly discussed when accident took place in New Year Eve. Still, its pleasant to see Ellbdelloiu back into training session with his club.
Galatasaray very good action and also provided some hope for player to be back on field in short period of time.

- Greek airport security didnt allow Galatasaray to enter Athens due of PCR tests to be taking on 11th July. Club is returning to Istanbul and cancelled friendly game against Olympiakos.
- TFF has condemned actions by Greek airport security for not allowing Galatsaray to enter country for friendly against Olympiakos.
- Greek Transport Minister Nikos Chardallas: According to Greek laws, Galatasaray needed to go through rapid test but there didn't accept it. Due of this from my command entry to country for them were not allowed. We cant ignore rules which were set for health of people.
- Galatasaray: Despite of getting PCR tests within 72 hours, Greek authorities did ask our team for new test without accepting ones taken. Authorities has provided unproductive and hostile actions to team. This actions are not expectable by us. We waiting apology.
- Galatasaray head coach Fatih Terim: 24 hours before we all got tested. We got there will all tests. Foremost, we like to state that there is deal where PCR results are accepted by both sides. We were asked for rapid test which we didnt see necessarily. This action were not right
- FatihKaragumruk has announced that it would not attend to Clubs Union meeting if meeting will not be recorded.
- Antalyaspor will extend contract with its player Fedor Kudryashov.
- Antalyaspor are interested to transfer Sonderjyske player Haji Wright
- Sivasspor are interested to transfer Qadassah player Leke James.
- Besiktas are interested to transfer Adis Jahovic.
