Turkey and Croatia did find 6 goals even through tempo been pretty slow.
Even through of 6 goals which been scored during friendly game against Croatia and Turkey with some high tempo being during beginning of 2nd half, it could be noted that game been played at low tempo since game being friendly and without supporters.
Even through Turkey did concede pretty simple goals with some defensive mistakes, it needs to be praised that during when game being played with draw, while Turkey winning and also being behind it always managed to be at the game having only loss of concentration in start of 2nd half where it conceded back-to-back but even getting with 3:2 did find equaliser of 3:3. Mert Nobre becomes 5th coach to be sacked during this season in Turkey, as Genclerbirligi were not satisfied with his performance as there were questions how he would performs with being inexperienced.
It was known that Mert Nobre appointment prior to start of the season could be risky for both parties as it is difficult to manage Super League due of pressure from all clubs to get good result and when coming to inexperienced coach this pressure is even more without doubt. It needs to be noted that Genclerbirligi didnt show great start for season and apart of beating Besiktas which in bad condition when game was played, it didnt provide much more other good outcomes in duration of this season so it could be understandable why it ended as this results could only affect Genclerbirligi even more in such tough unusual season.
