Trabzonspor ends season with win against Karabukspor.
Trabzonspor has ended 2017-18 season with a win against Karabukspor with 3:0 scoreline as it has found all of the goals during 2nd half and has send farewell messages both to its head coach Riza Calimbay and also Karabukspor with such performance.
Taking account that Trabzonspor was coming to the formality and also taking account of its opponent it didnt come out with their strong squad as Burak Yilmaz has travelled to Germany for an operation, Oganyi Onazi joing Nigerian National Team squad for pre-World Cup 2018 and also some injuries. Still, Trabzonspor even through not playing with high tempo has managed to show good football despite of slow tempo. Despite of not achieving its set aim to finish season at title race chances or at least getting European spot for next season it still had moments during this season where it has shown good performance. Galatasaray still needs to show best game to win title
Winner of Super League 2017-18 season would become clear after tomorrow's game where Galatasaray would be coming out to the game with good advantage as it only needs to get 1 point against Goztepe in Izmir.
Even through it does look like it has strong advantage during last week game for league title there are some factors which does keep worry for number of Galatasaray fans and also hope towards Fenerbahce and Basaksehirspor fans. This factor of club's general performance at away games as it has lost 7 games during away games and is main reason why it didnt announced its title weeks before. It also needs to be remembered that Goztepe also have stronger supporters who surely would be present to see game where their would hope to get a win and likely to go to history as side which has prevented Galatasaray their league title. However, it is needed to provide information that Galatasaray head coach Fatih Terim has very strong results at the times when it matter and taking account that it is likely to come out for a win it would be able to provide an attacking game. In fact, Galatasaray are expected to provide very attacking game from start and aim to find an early goal at the game which could bring them title.
Even through it does look like Galatasaray has strong opportunity it still needs to provide their best performance and provide fighting spirit and also reduce stressful conditions as game might continue in the way their dont wish for.
Fenerbahce and Basaksehirspor need to focus into their game and forget about Galatasaray.
If situation with Galatasaray to win title is in their hands, than quite understandably Basaksehirspor and Fenerbahce chances are also with big luck especially with Fenerbahce.
If Basaksehirspor winning game and Galatasaray losing point would be enough for them to get title, for Fenerbahce it would be also important for Basaksehirspor to lose points. However, to reduce stressful situation both teams would need to focus into their game and possible towards end of the game with leading 2:0 in their games against Kasimpasa and Konyaspor it can provide some focus how Galatasaray game is going on. Basaksehirspor even through did show good performance without doubt during whole season, might not be able to stay at stressful situation which would come up during game especially focussing into Galatasaray game. It can lose title even if opportunity comes. Hence, with this taking account Fenerbahce does have slight advantage as long as Galatasaray losses especially taking account that Fenerbahce didnt lose last 7 games. In fact, for media calling Galatasaray (in our view wrongly) as arleady champions would mean that both sides has less pressure from media which can turn into advantage.
Whatever happens at Galatasaray game, its important to remember that football is 90 minutes and hence it needs to perform in similar manner. Meanwhile, in whatever way loss from any of the sides and also Besiktas to some extend could affect into their European aims for next season.
