Trabzonspor provides positive view from Roma game
Trabzonspor did lose as expected to Roma during Conference League with 2:1 scoreline but it needs to be admitted that it did show strong resistance and in some moments did show upper hand during whole game.
Trabzonspor did provide any signs of being feared of Roma with providing some strong tactical attacking game with getting some upper hand during the game. It needs to be noted that possibility for Trabzonspor to getting into Conference League group stage is being difficult with getting such strong opponent in such low-level tournament but the way side did perform did send important message to Trabzonspor supporters and other clubs to look forward for 2nd leg and more importantly for this season Super League. Only issue which was present in yesterday game would be defensive issues and if it manages to solve that no side would be able to stop them for sure.
Trabzonspor did provide strong positive view for game and gives signs of having very good season.
Fenerbahce got best result against HJK.
Fenerbahce did get important win despite of all absences as youngester Mehmet Gumuskaya scored incredible goal providing high expectation for himself and his future in the team.
Fenerbahce did look to be passive as did HJK and to some extend without having attackers during game and also injuries from Irfan Can Kahveci and Filip Novak during game did provide some difficulty moments as HJK did provide strong defensive game. However, incredible show from Gumuskaya from far away did bring important win for side and look forward for 2nd leg game where some players might be recovered. There were some positive signs still from game, especially winning young players Arda Guler and Mehmet Gumuskaya who have provided great performance leading for supporters to see them as bright future. It just important here for club to provide strong support for this 2 and other academy players.
Fenerbahce did get best result in such circumstances and would look forward 2nd leg.
Galatasaray needs to improve defensive game
Despite of being better side compare Randers, Galatasaray didnt show entire full control of the game especially in the attack as it has drawn with 1:1 scoreline with having lack of concentration.
Reason for such lack of concentration, without doubt could be related to unwanted events which took place between Marcao and Kerem Akturkoglu which had negative outcome for whole side. Still, very important even been for Akturkoglu to score goal himself which would provide him morale and confidence for upcoming season as he did send strong message with this goal to Marcao and everyone. Set pieces still continues to be issue for Galatasaray as it did concede from corner and this should be without doubt most important area for Fatih Terim to focus on in upcoming training sessions. It needs to improve with performance in 2nd leg and get mentally into game so it wont be dissapointed.
Galatasaray is not yet at its best form but there are some positive signs for them to reach there.
