Marcao aggresive unexpectable behavior has overpassed whole game.
Galatasaray got win against Giresunspor during opening week with 2:0 and providing strong and confident game however Marcao punching his teammate Kerem Akturkoglu which led him getting red card has overshadowed whole game.
It needs to be noted that game been played in way how Galatasaray has wanted and apart of some tensions at penalty decisions rising between both sides, it has been played in calm manner therefore such actions from Marcao towards Kerem Akturkoglu did come out of nowhere and hence such actions from Marcao is being unclear with only reason which could be connected is nerves as it is known that Galatasaray is being unhappy with Marcao performance lately. Therefore, when looking at the possession its been unclear what made Kerem Akturkoglu to provide such action and hence Galatasaray would need to provide some serious fines and bans to player and directly take him out of squad. Therefore, this action would need to be punished both inside from club and Turkish Football Federation as this is not acceptable at all.
Giresunspor on their part did try to show some resistance especially in start of the game with showing some good positive game prior to conceding goal and even more from red card it recieved. But it needs to be noted that Giresunspor does still provide some positive image.
Galatasaray did get good win against Giresunspor but Marcao unprofessional agressive action overpass everything from this game.
Trabzonspor dominated against Yeni Malatyaspor
Trabzonspor start its new season where it has very high aims with 5:1 confident win against Yeni Malatyaspor providing very strong attacking game as side is filled with well-known players in the attacking front.
Compare to previous season, Trabzonspor did all preparation for this season to become much more strong attacking side as it aims to be fighting for title race and therefore it did provide strong performance at the front. Without doubt, scoring an early goal at 3rd minute which did follow with Nwakaeme goal on 11th minute which led for team to be more attacking focussed. Interestingly, after conceding 2nd goal Yeni Malatyaspor due of slight relaxation of game by Trabzonspor did lead side to provide some attacking game which led for game to be even more open and faster tempo, but due of having better attackers on the hand Trabzonspor did continue scoring 3 more goals. Another important advantage from Trabzonspor from game has been for all goals to be coming from different players which would be good sign for upcoming games.
Yeni Malatyaspor didnt provide very good start of the game which without doubt did have negative impact to rest of the game and after 2:0 it started more attacking game but its arleady been difficult for them as Trabzonspor got strong confidence for more goals.
Trabzonspor most importantly got important confidence and motivation and this result could have positive impact for them against Roma at Conference League game.
Fenerbahce starts season with tough win.
Fenerbahce has started season with an important win against Adana Demirspor as it had most difficult opponent in openning week but managed to get win despite of not providing very good performance.
Fenerbahce it needs to be noted didnt provide very good performance during whole game as it came out without ideal squad and to some extend main reason for this outcome has been strong performance of Altay Bayindir and defenders and also Adana Demirspor did provide signs of having some issues with playing together with being entirely new team but on their side did provide some good signs for rest of the season and could fight for upper hand in season. Still, for Fenerbahce its been very important for Mesut Ozil to find his openning goal in new season and this would provide important motivation for upcoming games anbd possibly provide much more attacking and willing football which would be very important for captain.
In overall, this been very important win for Fenerbahce despite of not providing full dominance of the game but there are areas which need to be improved both at transfer and tactically.
