Trabzonspor showed strong confident performance against Roma
Even through Trabzonspor did lose to Roma with 2:1 scoreline during Conference League play-off round 1st leg game but it needs to be noted that Trabzonspor did provide very strong performance against opponents.
Its been noted beforehand that Roma did become as strong favourites both due of its head coach Jose Mourinho and generally of the level of the opponent in general but Trabzonspor without doubt did provide strong confident performance not showing any signs of being scared. In fact, there were some times when Trabzonspor didnt only get into performance at between but also showed some upper control of the game. Therefore, when playing against opponents like Roma, among getting scoreline, it is being especially crucial to get good performance and message to opponent which it did manage that. Most importantly, it has become clearly that we are seeing two different Trabzonspor from previous season and this season with more attacking game.
Roma meanwhile despite of getting minimum result did provide good performanse showing also respect to Trabzonspor but it would need to be noted that 2nd leg would be played in different atmosphere, which Trabzonspor needs to be aware.
Chances for Trabzonspor to beat Roma are being low and difficult to approach but this game did provide clear message that side would provide strong performance in this season domestically.
Fenerbahce did get very important with lots of absences.
Fenerbahce did get an important win with minumum scoreline with HJK which without would be seen as good outcome since their did come with high number of absences for the game.
In addition to this Fenerbahce did recieve some more injuries during today's game which led for Mehmet Gumuskaya and Arda Guler did come out due to this injuries and did provide very good performance with both players showing strong characters and focus which did led for very beautiful and quality long distance goal from Mehmet Gumuskaya which should be seen as incredible strong character and focus of the 2 players and this performance without doubt does provide high hopes both to whole side for this outcome season and also of this youth players. In addition, some issues with referees who didnt make some decisions for Fenebahce which included questionable penalty decision but it has managed to get win.
HJK meanwhile would be very dissapointed with such outcome as it didnt use such important opportunities as it likely met with most absent Fenerbahce which it could meet and it would need to improve this performance for next week.
Fenerbahce hence did get very important win against HJK and would wait for some recoveries for next week.
Galatasaray did get draw as Akturkoglu scores against Randers.
Galatasaray did get unexpected 1:1 result with Randers even through it did provide stronger performance against opponets but didnt get high amout of conversion.
However, there is been some important factor from Galatasaray side which been for Kerem Akturkoglu to get goal on 26th minute which without doubt would raise motivation and confidence for upcoming games but as been noted as overall side could be provided much better game possibly still being affected from Marcao incident which took place on 16th August. It needs to be noted that issue with Galatasaray defence has been present as side didnt show entirely full control of the game and did concede from such mistakes once again with Muslera also losing full concentration in that position without doubt. Therefore, it needs to be noted that Galatasaray needs to give full focus into this issue among getting through mentally from previous incident in the team for 2nd leg without doubt.
Randers meanwhile did provide pretty good performance in staying organising and did lose some good opportunities during whole game using Galatasaray defence weaknesses. Therefore, Randers still being underdog against Galatasaray but it would give some fighting spirit against them.
Galatasaray is being better side compare to Randers but it does have some issues such as defence which it needs to solve in short period of time.
