Fenerbahce is showing strong organised and willing football.

Turkish Super League 3rd week game between Altay and Fenerbahce has been among most anticipated games during this week as both sides did provide good start of the season but in the end of the day Fenerbahce got confident 2:0 win.

Without doubt and with having some absences at its squad, Fenerbahce is showing high improvement by each game which is been especially thanful to its head coach Vitor Pereira who is doing good job at his team so far. With players also clearly responding to this level of game, we are seeing strong defensive and attacking game with side scoring 5 goals in last 2 weeks and conceding no goals so far. Therefore, Vitor Pereira tactical game of 3-4-3 did provide strong reaction from players who are showing its best performance with getting 9 points from 3 games. Without doubt, with such performance it is being side to beat and would become even better when it would see return of regulars and playing getting more used to this new tactics.

Fenerbahce is being currently side to beat and we are seeing players and coach which is focussed to win every games with quality game.

Galatasaray didnt get full control and dominance during game.

Either due of tiredness from Europa League or generally poor performance, Galatasaray didnt provide strong tempo against Kasimpasa during 3rd week as side especially had issues towards end.

Only positive point from this game without doubt has been high-level performance from newly-signed Romanian player Cicaldau and Morutan who have shown high level performance and strong understanding which does provide positive image of this two Romanians providing strong understanding for rest of the season with helping side to be at title race. Its need to be noted that defensive and not form of Fernando Muslera  does play key role for such role and those players need to work on and improve following national team break without doubt.

Galatasaray hence is not in best form right now and this national team break would provide opportunity for side to work on its weaknesses.

Trabzonspor got win despite of poor performance.

Trabzonspor did get win against Giresunspor with 1:0 scoreline thanks goal from Anthony Nwakaeme even through it did provide worst performance during this season so far.

Without doubt, heavy scheduling of recent weeks and playing against strong opponent like Roma with giving all of it would affect to its performance and this what did happen as it did have issue to dominate game in attack compare to previous game. Galatasaray got draw against Kasimpasa while showing not dominant game.

Turkish Super League 3rd week game between Kasimpasa and Galatasaray has ended with 2:2 scoreline at the game where Istanbul giant couldnt hold 2:0 leadership as both sides didnt lose yet game this season.

It needs to be noted that Galatasaray even when it was winning game with 2:0 scoreline didnt provide high level tempo performance with looking to be signs of tiredness possibly due of game against Randers while opponent style of game also affected how Galatasaray did perform as it didnt provide much pressure and creativity. Still, it was important willingness from Morutan who showed strong willingness in the front using his impressive skills and also being very agressive in the attack which led for him looking and aiming to convert opportunities as two goals from Galatasaray did come from using his opportunities which didnt end up being goal. Coming to game as whole, Galatasaray showed some relexation after 2:0 and with Kasimpasa scoring in the end of the 1st half did provide strong motivation and confidence to side to continue during 2nd half. With hence providing strong attacking game during 2nd half it did find also goal with Umut Bozok and it continued to do so after 2:2. Galatasaray it needs to be mentioned had some issues with rising tempo which would likely be focussed by Fatih Terim.

Kasimpasa even through didnt provide strong game in the start of game, it didnt rise tempo as game developed even through it did get 2:0 behind and got even upper hand for most part of the 2nd half.

Galatasaray didnt provide very good game without getting upper hand for most part of the game and with such performance it could be stated that it gained 1 pont.

Fenerbahce continues its undefeated form with beating Altay.

Fenerbahce continues its undefeated start of the season as it got win against Altay who did come to this game also with 100% record but Fenerbahce did get win with scoring 2 goals without conceding.

It needs to be noted that Fenerbahce didnt have very good start of the game as it did provide with pretty low tempo but similar case has been withf Altay who also provided defensive game during 1st half which did lead for it to be played with low tempo and also with lack of opportunities. 2nd half has been changed directly as Fenerbahce did rise tempo pretty significantly with providing pressure to Altay to 2nd half 2 goals between 51-55th minute but could have scored more as Ferdi Kadioglu during this period provided key performance in this period with scoring goal and providing great assist towards Enner Valencia. Hence, despite of some absences due of injuries and some transfers to be awaiting Fenerbahce did score 5 goals without conceding goal in 3 games which been mostly due of great coaching of Vitor Pereira.

Altay who did do 2 out of 2 in this season until now and being leaders of the league prior to this game did play its 1st game against title contenders and hence been first serious test and despite of providing some good positions, it became clear its not at this level.

Fenerbahce got another win especially during 2nd half against Altay and with providing this kind of pressure did very important goal and would enter to national team break at high morale. 

Trabzonspor get 3 out of 3 despite of not being physically great condition tonight.

Trabzonspor continues its undefeated record against side which didnt gain point yet thanks to goal from Anthony Nwakaeme on 7th minute as side looked to be tired from difficult midweek game against Roma.

It needs to be mentioned that Trabzonspor could consider itself lucky in sense of fixture as it did provide lots of effort against Roma at Conference League play-off round and with also losing to side with 3:0 scoreline, it was expected that physically and morally it would affect negatively. Besiktas has managed to get against tough Alex Teixeira

Besiktas has got win against Fatih Karagumruk with 1:0 scoreline thanks to the goal from new-signing player Alex Teixeira as it is been difficult game as was expected since Fatih Karagumruk provided some difficult moments to its opponents.

It needs to be noted that even through Besiktas did win game with minumum scoreline and did play for around with 10 men, it did provide positive style game during whole game with providing much more faster tempo compare to previous game against Gaziantep. Saying that Besiktas did need to be providing such level game as Fatih Karagumruk is side which does provide high tempo game and just did that especially during 2nd half but Besiktas did provide high tempo and organised game which been positive note for them. Meanwhile, even through Michy Batshuayi didnt score goal, he did provide very willing football always looking for goal but either been unlucky or didnt provide very good shot. Fatih Karagumruk meanwhile did provide strong attutude with showing strong confident game looking for some very opportunities providing open attacking game especially when it got into 10 to 11 but didnt provide crucial final touch.

Besiktas did get very important win at home ground with showing strong organised and confident performance as Teixeira scored his 1st goal at his new side.

Fenerbahce would play toughest game so far this season.

Fenerbahce would be resuming its Super League journey with 3rd week game against Altay which also could become most difficult game until this season as they would be playing against side which is being on form.

Without doubt Altay did have start of this new season in much better way then was expected as new comers did end first 2 weeks as leaders and providing positive and organised game which it would be focussing into contuning against Fenerbahce. But it needs to be noted that Fenerbahce also started season with getting 6 points out of 6 and providing strong team work performance and confident performance with some absences of its squad. But it needs to be mentioned that Fenerbahce does have very good players at its disposal with being much more experienced players which does put them into favourites for this game. Most important issue for Fenerbahce among showing strong attacking game it would need to focus into defensive game as Altay tends to play positive attacking game.

It is expected for this game to be into high level game as both sides would be very likely provide an attacking game with very good opportunities from both sides for whole game.  

Galatasaray would look to rise its confidence against Kasimpasa

Galatasaray would be resuming Super League 3rd week game against Kasimpasa as side would be focussing into getting good mood into national team break with 100% record.

Galatasaray so far during this season without doubt didnt get into highest level with its performance both with tempo and especially at defence but its being side which does provide some improvement by each game and it would be aiming to improve against Kasimpasa. And it needs to be noted that Kasimpasa is being side to be in all fairness, which could provide good win to Galatasaray and provide some confidence to defence and goalkeeper Fernando Muslera which didnt have very good seasons.Hence, Galatasaray are coming out to game as strong favourites and it would be needed to provide performance in such manner.

 Galatasaray needs to improve for group stage.

Galatasaray has got into Europa League group stage after beating Randers during play-off round in much difficult scenario then being expected and got into relatively tough group at this competition.

Galatasaray it needs to be mentioned even through did get control of the game in the start, it didnt provide very good game during 1st half with conceding early goal on 11th minute and even through did create some opportunities did have issue with last touches. However, motivational talk from Fatih Terim which he always done well and also motivation which were given from supporters after 1st half did provide needed improvement as it started getting into Randers attacks much more agressively with finding goal and also leading opponent to make mistakes. With getting into group with opponents like Lazio, Olympique Marseille and Lokomotiv Moscow it could be seen as tough group and Galatasaray needs to improve its performance for this games.

Galatasaray did get into group stage but its been achieved in harder condition then expected and hence it would need to provide some improvements until start of group stage.

Fenerbahce is improving by each game.

Fenerbahce did provide dominant game against HJK during Europa League play-off round and even through it did concede 2 goals its been side which has shown confident performance for 90 minutes.

Fenerbahce is being side which does improve by its game with Vitor Pereira in general and also providing important confidence to its player in recent games and also playing young players does provide strong feelings for this side and this taking account that he is not playing with ideal 11 and some transfers would come. Strongest message however is being send from Enner Valencia with his high-level hat-tricks to comments that side would need urgently forward player, as he would be able to fulfill this position if transfer would not be made. Fenerbahce gets confident result as it enters to Europa League group stage.

Fenerbahce has got confident scoreline against HJK with 5:2 scoreline at Helsinki with getting to group stage with aggregate of 6:2 scoreline at the game where Enner Valencia did get into hat-trick.

Even through HJK did score 2 goals it needs to be mentioned that game has been into tempo and control of the Fenerbahce from start to an end of the game with scoring 2 early goals from Enner Valencia with getting into leadership within 14 minutes which without doubt did provide high motivation and confidence to Fenerbahce while affected to morale of HJK. Fenerbahce it needs to be noted did provide strong improvement with how it performed in recent weeks and it has continued to do so during this game possibly providing its best game even through poor and ineffective performance of the opponent did affect to this game. 2nd half comeback for Galatasaray brings them Europa League group stage

Galatasaray gets to Europa League group stage after beating Randers with 3:2 aggregate scoreline as it got back from behind in Istanbul 2nd leg game with goals coming on 2nd half as it didnt start game very good.

Galatasaray didnt start game as it wanted to with providing pretty passive and ineffective having issues with finding equaliser goal from Egto on 11th minute and without doubt did provide some issues as it did come out against opponent which is being weaker them in quality but is team which does show character and fighting spirit an issue which Galatasaray made most problematic to them during game and did have issues in such tie. Trabzonspor did provide strong reaction to Roma compare to 1st leg.

Roma at its home ground gets confident win against Trabzonspor with 3:0 scoreline as Turkish side didnt manage get into level which it did shown in the 1st leg as having lack of supporters did affect with also difference between both sides.

It needs to be noted that performance which been shown during 1st leg from Trabzonspor, even through it was highly expected for them to be relegated when playing against such strong opponent, it did provide some hope at least to provide some fighting spirit but it did have issues to get into level of game which their have shown during 1st leg which without did go into hand of Roma but this could be understood due of difference. However, it needs to be mentioned that Trabzonspor did provide focus into game and did try to show some character which it did during 1st leg but it didnt reach into that level in this game where it did provide some danger towards Roma goal but still as side it needs to forget this game and focus now to domestic games.

Roma did provide its quality and difference between sides even more in this tie then it did during 1st leg as it did conver with 3 goals not providing much hope to Trabzonspor using its home ground even more compare to 1st leg.

1st leg result gives some hope to Trabzonspor.

Trabzonspor would be coming out to difficult tie against Roma at Conference League 2nd leg game with being aware that it does have some possibility in Rome to get to next stage with 2:1 scoreline but it would be much difficult to play away.

Trabzonspor despite of losing game did provide some strong reaction and fighting spirit against Roma during 1st leg and to get what would be seen as big surprise result it would need foremost to provide same attitude which would at least provide some respect to the side which it managed to do so. With away goal rule taking away could provide provide additional bonus to the side during 2nd leg as it would let them to only with 1 goal to bring game to extra time. However, especially it being away game one of the important issue here is to provide strong defence to get some hope for group stage and sadly this being most dissapointing area for them for now without doubt.

Roma would be using its advantage at home tactically and Trabzonspor with providing respect need to show some reaction to opponent.

Galatasaray has won Super League 2nd week game against Hatayspor with goals coming from Sofiane Feghouli and Christian Luyindama who only recently club was considering to sell but now focusses to extend contracts.

It needs to be mentoned that Galatasaray did show good reaction after conceding goal from Hatayspor at 3rd minute and did get upper hand of the game but it didnt manage to provide full dominance of the game at the field which been not case in all games so far both domestically and Europe which does make it clear that side does have some issues with providing performance which it would be seeking for right now. Still, there is signs of concentration and willingness to develop as Feghouli and Luyindama did send message to Fatih Terim that they want to stay and be useful for this club with such good performance during game.

Galatasaray is not yet at its best performance right now but still got 6 points out of 6 which is important achievement in this stage.

Trabzonspor could lose 2 points due of relaxation.

Game where both Conference League play-off round did meet was expected to be at strong level and even through its been one-sided game in 1st half, its been competitive game at 2nd half.

Galatasaray extends contract with Marcao for 3-years

Galatasaray has extended contract with its player Cristian Luyindama for 3-years with 1.2 million euro salary despite of wanting to sell him this summer.

Main reason for such decision has been due of Marcao 8-game ban following Kerem Akturkoglu incident and possibility of selling him which would reduce to 1 players defensive player. Trabzonspor provides positive view from Roma game

Trabzonspor did lose as expected to Roma during Conference League with 2:1 scoreline but it needs to be admitted that it did show strong resistance and in some moments did show upper hand during whole game.

Trabzonspor did provide any signs of being feared of Roma with providing some strong tactical attacking game with getting some upper hand during the game. It needs to be noted that possibility for Trabzonspor to getting into Conference League group stage is being difficult with getting such strong opponent in such low-level tournament but the way side did perform did send important message to Trabzonspor supporters and other clubs to look forward for 2nd leg and more importantly for this season Super League. Only issue which was present in yesterday game would be defensive issues and if it manages to solve that no side would be able to stop them for sure.

Despite of being better side compare Randers, Galatasaray didnt show entire full control of the game especially in the attack as it has drawn with 1:1 scoreline with having lack of concentration.

 Trabzonspor showed strong confident performance against Roma

Even through Trabzonspor did lose to Roma with 2:1 scoreline during Conference League play-off round 1st leg game but it needs to be noted that Trabzonspor did provide very strong performance against opponents.

Its been noted beforehand that Roma did become as strong favourites both due of its head coach Jose Mourinho and generally of the level of the opponent in general but Trabzonspor without doubt did provide strong confident performance not showing any signs of being scared. In fact, there were some times when Trabzonspor didnt only get into performance at between but also showed some upper control of the game. Therefore, when playing against opponents like Roma, among getting scoreline, it is being especially crucial to get good performance and message to opponent which it did manage that. Most importantly, it has become clearly that we are seeing two different Trabzonspor from previous season and this season with more attacking game.

Trabzonspor would need to show respect and use some opportunities it get against Roma

Trabzonspor without doubt would be having toughest opponent among Turkish sides at European field as it would be playing Italian giant side Roma and sadly not many chances are given to Black Sea side. 

Trabzonspor it needs to be noted did get confident win against Yeni Malatyaspor during opening week which would without provide confidence and motivation for them during Roma game but quite naturally seeing this result as optimistic sign for Roma game would be very foolish. What it is important here is to provide best defensive game it can against Roma during this season and use its opportunities when it did get chances and providing respect to oponent but not overdoing it. Positive aspect for Trabzonspor is that there are attackers who have experience to play in such level which could provide some bonus for game but in overall differences between side is very big.

Therefore, Trabzonspor without doubt would have very difficult game against Roma and it would need to show character against them. 

Fenerbahce are being favourites but it needs to stay focussed.

Fenerbahce will be starting its European journey at Europa League play-off round where it would be playing against Finnish side HJK Helsinki where it would come as favourites but it would need to show high concentration still.

Fenerbahce did start season with win against Adana Demirspor but due of lack of attackers which still exists prior to this game it didnt provide very good performance but did show good organising game especially in defence. Therefore, since Fenerbahce key area during game expected to be midfielders during whole game it would be important for them to provide strong collective game when starting from behind. It needs to be noted that Turkish clubs tend to get surprising unwanted result against HJK for years, and hence Fenerbahce should not underestimate its opponents prior to game especially taking account that there are physically in better conditions due of Finnish league starting earlier.

Fenerbahce are favourites but it need to stay focussed so it would not make problematic.

Galatasaray need to respond mentally to Randers game.

Galatasaray would be coming out to Europa League play-off round game against Randers with being affected from Marcao and Kenan Arkturkoglu fight during Super League 1st week game but side would need to be 100% focussed to game.

Without doubt it would be issue for Galatasaray head coach Fatih Terim to let players fully understood as there are being favourites in this tie but lack of concentration could easily whole team.  Marcao lost all respect after punching his teammate.

Events which took place at 60 minute between Galatasaray players Marcao and Kerem Akturkoglu has overshadowed whole game against  Giresunspor during Super League opening week as Marcao expects to recieve huge fine both from club and TFF.

Foremost, it is been total unclear what let such action from Marcao to run for 30 meters towards Akurkoglu and start punching and pushing agressively with only argument could be seen is for Kerem showing be quiet sign which is not understandable to give such reaction from Marcao. Marcao did occassionally provide some good performances at the team but such behaviour from him would not be forgiven and be understood by anyone who not only involved with club but whole Turkish football community. There is huge expectation for both his club and TFF to provide very harsh punishments which needs to be done up to for terminating contract which would be expected.

Marcao didnt attend to today's training session but this could be related for not rising tensions rather then some sign of decision which been made.

Trabzonspor forwards will dominate this league if it would keep high concentration.

In fact, events which took place between Marcao and Kerem Akturkoglu did also put into 2nd section of comfortable win which has been got from Trabzonspor against Yeni Malatyaspor with winning 5:1 scoreline.

When looking at squad it was visible that Trabzonspor did have its strongest attacking squad for very long time, and there have shown that to be case while playing game against Yeni Malatyaspor as it shown very strong attacks and did found 5 goals from all different players which would be expected to be key players during this whole season without having issue in the front. Cihat Arslan been appointed as Kasimpasa head coach

After Kasimpasa in surprising manner ended contract with Senol Can after openning week of the season, it has announced that it has apoineted Cihat Arslan who does have experience with working mediocre side in top league.

It needs to be noted that even through Kasimpasa did lose opening week, it was seen high surprising and immature decision for sending away Senol Can even through it does look like there are some internal isses as Serkan Recber has resigned from his post after Senol Can been announced. Either there is internal issues or not, it does look like Cihat Arslan would be working in club which does have unstable period and here it would be important for administration not to get too much into Arslan works.Stating for Arslan chances, he could get some good results as he did before with medicore sides in previous seasons.
