Besiktas did reduce its advantage at top with losing to Kasimpasa
Besiktas it needs to be noted did provide one of its most passive game during recent weeks as it lost to Kasimpasa with 1:0 scoreline and did lose its advantage in the top but due of point difference still has top position with 9 weeks to go.
With Besiktas as many clubs in the Super League has been affected with international team break with some players coming back with injuries and positive Covid19 tests, with Vincent Aboubakar absence did have direct impact with attacking level as players been pretty ineffective at the front. Stating that it needs to be noted that side did look to be pretty playing at slow tempo and even through it did create some good opportunities its hard to state it did have any 100% position. Positive note has been penalty saved by Ersin Destanoglu which even through didnt change outcome of the game, it did provide strong confidence for goalkeeper in upcoming weeks as we enter to very crucial weeks. Coming to referee it is difficult to note that he did provide any issues during this game which could be happened from pressure which was given from him. Kasimpasa meanwhile did come to game which it needed to win and did provide performance accordingly with providing positive game with still keeping respect to opponent which gives good sign for upcoming games.
Besiktas did get unexpected loss but still keeps its leadership and should treat this game as negative reference for upcoming games as 10 games left for them.
Galatasaray didnt show much against Hatayspor
Galatasaray provided very poor and ineffective game against one of the suprising and positive focussed opponent Hatayspor which led for them to lose fairly with 3:0 scoreline and get further from title hopes.
It is true that Galatasaray did come out to arleady difficult game with having some crucial absences due of various reasons, but issue during this game has been lack of motivation and concentration as side did provide ineffective game with showing lack of opportunities as game was developing. With Hatayspor tending to show strong game each game without leaving positive performance even without Aaron Boupendza being on the field led them to create much better attacks and hence scoring 3 goals with even scoring more. Meanwhile, providing reason for losing this team to decision to ban Fatih Terim is wrong decision both due of fact that side performed badly during whole game and Terim got this ban in deserved manner.
Galatasaray hopes for title is getting less not only point difference with Besiktas but due of performance which side is showing in recent weeks.
Trabzonspor are currently being disorientated
Trabzonspor did provide better performance then Sivasspor during Super League 32nd week with creating some opportunities but it wasnt enough to get win as side morale is being reduced right now.
With focussing into title possibilities only month ago and even through chances are being low, with this chance being reduced more or less to miracle did leave side to be highly demotivated which tend to happen for sides which focus into top spot. Even through side did create some opportunities and looked to be closer to win compare to opponent, it was hard to state while looking at it that it would be winning or in the end to say thats it been unlucky. Side currently does feel like it has lost its targeted spot which could lead them to lose top 4 spot hence cost them European competition during next season. Its not role of Abdullah Avci to provide motivation for upcoming games or otherwise it would continue having poor results for upcoming 9 games.
Trabzonspor hence to be pretty far from showing strong performance so its need to revise its aim for this season and start getting wins.
