What happened in Turkish football today? 27/04/2021

Besiktas could have some difficulties against Rizespor.

Besiktas would be aiming to keep its advantage in the league of 3 points + head to head advantage over Fenerbahce as it would be meeting with Rizespor which could be pretty tough game.

Besiktas did regain confidence and motivation following Super League 37th week game against Kayserispor win as it would be focussing into providing strong attacking game despite of continuing having number of key players absences. However, this game could be tougher for them as Rizespor is currently focussed into getting more into safer zone from relegation area and would be focussing for at least 1 point and would providing stronger resistance during whole game providing some good attacking performance on their part with highly focussed defence. Besiktas CEO Ahmet Nur Cebi in this past week start using title word more actively mainly to raise motivation but players would need to remember that it would be won with performance at field.

Besiktas did regain its focus and confidence for title as we enter to last 5 games of the season but Rizespor can provide some pressure to them.

Galatasaray would be focussed to overpass Konyaspor closed defence.

To some extend, Galatasaray game is being similar to Besiktas one, as both clubs are fighting for title while their opponents are focussing into securing more or less its top league spot for next season.

Galatasaray does continue showing unstable performance during recent weeks especially as we enter to last stages of this season and among 3 title aiming sides Galatasaray is being 6 points behind with 15 possible but does have some hope as it would meet with Besiktas later. However, it cant to lose points as it could even led them to lose top 2 spots hence Champions League and this would be affecting Galatasaray which would provide performance of side which would be seeking for win. Konyaspor which in general being defensive side would be focussing into preventing Galatasaray to provide its usual game very likely coming out to game with focus to draw it.

Galatasaray would need to be showing confident strong game and hence found solutions of what would be expected of closed defence from opponent.

Trabzonspor focus is to secure 4th spot

Trabzonspor current aim without doubt would be to secure its 4th spot until end of the season and win its 2nd game back-to-back at what could be tough game against Goztepe.

Goztepe on other part also being side without much aims which could lead for them to be playing under any of the pressure which to some extend could be go into hand to Trabzonspor which as been noted would be focussed to end season at high note with still having low possibility for 3rd spot even. Good news also been that club head coach Abdullah Avci would be present in the game as he did show some recovery from heavy flu infection due of which he didnt attend during previous day training session. Without doubt main focus for Trabzonspor would not end this game with another draw though.

Even through Trabzonspor still needs to secure its 4th spot, with this to be achieved being very close could affect side concentration.
