Fenerbahce has reduced its title hopes dramatically with draw against Alanyaspor.

Fenerbahce has very likely lost its title hopes as it has drawn goalless with Alanyaspor during Super League 37th week with playing most of the time during game like draw would be enough for them even when loss of points would cost them not only title but 2nd place.

Despite of some moments during game where Fenerbahce did create some opportunities it should be noted that Alanyaspor has created much more effective opportunities during game with hitting 3 posts during game as Harun Tekin should be noted did provide some uncertainty with his posture during whole game. Without doubt Gokhan Gonul red card on the end of the 1st half did both provide tiredness to Fenerbahce and change of tactics, it still didnt respond in the way which would been expected for side which did come out for win. Besiktas needs to stop criticising external factors.

Besiktas has got very crucial win against Rizespor during Super League 37th week with 3:2 scoreline as it needs to get 7 points from 4 games, regarding how it would play again to win title but it has tough games in upcoming 2 weeks.

Galatasaray keeps 6 point difference from Besiktas following win against Konyaspor thanks to last minute goal from Emre Akbaba but does provide some worry with how it performed as 4 weeks left.

Besiktas almost lost 2 points while winning 3:0.

Besiktas got one step closer to its title aim with beating Rizespor during tough game with 3:2 scoreline as it almost lost 2 points while winning 3:0 on 86th minute and did provide some worrying performance towards end.

Even when taking account that Besiktas were winning for 3:0 scoreline and did have 2 disallowed goals, it is still hard to state that it got full dominance at the game where apart of Rizespor aiming to show great comeback towards end of the game, it should be also noted that opponents did have some moments where it managed to show strong performance at Besiktas goal so therefore it hard to note that it did show very good defensive game even through this could be explained due of lack balance and also concentration of Rizespor to get points in this game to secure themselves from relegation more or less. Despite of criticism, Besiktas with having 1 draw advantage would now need to be focussed into getting result rather then performance but last minutes of the game.Meanwhile, it needs to be noted that Besiktas which tends to criticise when opponents slow down game did show anti-football after 3:2, this is normal to do so what is not is for Besiktas to criticise others hence contracting itself.

Fenerbahce got important win against Kasimpasa

Fenerbahce has reduced point difference against leaders Besiktas to 3 points as it won Kasimpasa during Super League 37th week game with finding all 3 goals during 1st half but to some extend did make difficult for themselves in 2nd half.

Fenerbahce did provide performance of two different halves as it provided very confident performance during 1st half providing one of its strongest attacking game which didnt only provide hope for 2nd half but for rest of the season. However, Fenerbahce either due of scoreline or because of tiredness did lose control of the game which did lead for penalty position in pretty preventable move from Harun Tekin and with finding goal Kasimpasa entered to last minutes of the game with having some hope to get at least draw from this game. Meanwhile, star of previous game Harun Tekin, did provide pretty unforgetable mistakes which included conceded 1st goal from mistaken pass without any pressure, preventable penalty position and also some other mistakes which happened without getting too much pressure on his goal. Harun Tekin doesnt need to go through this game to realise what led him to make such mistakes.

Even through Kasimpasa did provide some fighting spirit to get scoreline to 3:3 during last minutes of the game, in overall side did look to be pretty passive which it does show in recent games as it needs to reminded its still not saved from relegation.

Fenerbahce without doubt did get very crucial game and did keep itself at title race but it needs to go through why it did struggle so much during last minutes of the game.

With Antalyaspor more or less being one of the few sides which did come out to last games without much aims while Galatasaray are still fighting for at least 2nd spot for last 5 games and this more or less what did happen as Galatasaray been side which did dominate in all of the statistics with focussing into providing strong pressure to goal with getting 3 posts but couldnt find winning goal. Trabzonspor has ended its draw streak of 5 games thanks to 2 goals which been scored by Djaniny during Super League 37th week game with keeping its chances for 3rd spot slighly possible with 4 games left to be played for team.

It was important for Trabzonspor to show some reaction following recent games with one of the form opponents against Fatih Karagumruk showing some fighting spirit even through it needs to be noted that side didnt get high number of opportunities with Fatih Karagumruk looking to be better side in some moments of the game so despite of scoreline it wasnt easy for them. Besiktas would need to win Kayserispor but it would not be easy at all.

Besiktas following 2 draws back-to-back has kept its 3-point advantage over Fenerbahce but did lose strong point difference it had before hand which prevented them to looking at title more secure and did provide some pressure for last 6 games.

Without doubt, Besiktas would be coming out to game against Kayserispor during 37th week game to get once again its position for title into its own hand and also end such poor run in such crucial period. Still, it would be tough game for them foremost as their still have some serious injuries in the front which affects their attacking game and also it would be playing against side which are fighting to stay on the league and did provide some positive performances in recent performance and hence would be expected to provide strong defence against Besiktas with looking for some counterattacks. Without doubt Kayserispor more likely to focus into side poor recent performance rather them being on top which could provide some confidence to side prior to kick-off at least.

Galatasaray didnt look like side which is fighting for title.

Despite of finding goal against Trabzonspor on last minute during of Super League 36th week game with Emre Akbaba and hence saving point, it didnt provide much good for Galatasaray as point difference with Besiktas stayed as 6 points while with Fenerbahce been reduced to 3.

Galatasaray didnt provide also very good peformance against their opponents, without having a shot on goal during whole 1st half which by itself provides lots of worrying view for them when entering to last 6 weeks game where every point would be crucial and providing either good or at least tactical game needs to be at highest note possible to keep their chances. Even through Galatasaray did look to be more creative and willing during 2nd half it still being pretty far from side which could be seen and expected to be one which been fighting for title. Even Kerem Akturkoglu who provided great game and scored hat-trick against Goztepe didnt provide any strong performance at front despite coming to game with high motivation and confidence. This performance without doubt would be providing some worrying image as we enter to last 6 games.

Therefore, Galatasaray does look to be not highly focussed and with sides continue to lose points it needs to focus into 6 out of 6 but with this kind of game it hard for them to achieve.

Trabzonspor draws regardless who is opponent. 

Trabzonspor needs to be noted that did provide better performance compare to Galatasaray creating opportunities and getting ahead but somehow it cant overpass its draw streak it got for 5 games.

Basaksehirspor has terminated contract with Demba Ba 

Basaksehirspor has terminated contract with its player Demba Ba in surprising manner even if he seems to be key player which could keep side keeping on the league, as it is unknown why such decision been made.

Such termination of contract between both sides has been surprise to whole Turkish community even through there were some signs as player didnt start at starting 11 in recent games which could be connected to misunderstanding with head coach Aykut Kocaman. Meanwhile, there is been some question of profile wallpaper of Demba Ba with putting zipping mouth when been seen as message of not being feeling freely to discuss about issue, even through club CEO Goksel Gumusdag did mention that from talking to Ba, he been informed that this wallpaper is not related ot this issue. Galatasaray has lost crucial 2 points to Trabzonspor.

Galatasaray has lost very important 2 points against Trabzonspor during Super League 36th week and hence losing opportunity to get closer to Besiktas keeping point difference with them 6 points with 6 games left. On other hand, Trabzonspor has drawn for 5th week.

Even through Galatasaray didnt provide high performance in overall during recent weeks, it still provided some optimistic view from Goztepe game where it dominating game but has been very far from that performance. Galatasaray did provide low tempo game without providing too much pressure to Trabzonspor goal which did led them to provide control of the game especially during 1st half. What is more worrying image image that Fatih Terim version of Galatasaray tend to provide high level performance as we enter to last stages of the season but for last 2 season, or more precise during Covid19 times it didnt show this games which been seen also during this game also without doubt. It does look hence that Galatasaray needs to find solution with this high passionable as this slow tempo game could cost them not only title but 2nd spot. 

In other hand, Trabzonspor continues to be drawing back-to-back this time against Galatasaray for 2nd week losing 2 points in the last minute of the game. However, in upper hand it should be noted that Trabzonspor did provide much better performance with creating better game and with finding great shot from Edgar le. However, it needs to be noted that even through Trabzonspor did look to be better side, it still didnt get enough dominance of the game which been main reason for side to be getting draws in this period. Positive performance could provide some confidence for last 5 games for them but it needs to get over this psychological point of drawing games which could put them into risk for ending at 4th spot.

This result without doubt would be affecting to Besiktas as it did lose opportunity but with surprising results which  we having this season, Galatasaray would be focussing into title race belief. 

Besiktas is losing winning momentum as we enter to the last stages of season.

Besiktas continues losing points during recent weeks and hence losing its strong advantage over its main title holders opponents with having 1 win and draw advantage over Fenerbahce who are being on 2nd spot.

Even through this is still being good advantage with 6 weeks left to be played, but it needs to be remembered that this advantage has been 3 games prior to international break only some weeks ago. This outcomes without doubt would provide pressure to Besiktas and optimism to Fenerbahce and Galatasaray at title race. Fenerbahce considers to sign long term contract with Emre Belozoglu.

There are reports that Fenerbahce due of good results and most importantly performance of the side, does consider to sign long-term contract with its caretaker coach Emre Belozoglu this summer even if title wouldnt be win.

This account has been sceptical when Emre Belozoglu has been appointed as head coach and first few days but with creating side which does provide performance for winning games and also getting result does prove us to be wrong. Emre Belozoglu did promise to show attacking side when joining team and with changing some players at ideal starting 11 led them for side to show much more attacking game with controlling games. Having very interesting season, it is unclear if Fenerbahce would get 6 out of 6 and if that would be enough but it does look to be case that side would be showing strong fighting spirit until end of the season.

Emre Belozoglu did manage to transform side which would be focussed to win games with also enjoying its game which is huge plus when entering to last 6 games.
