Huseyin Cimsir would need to get some lesson from Denizlispor game

Trabzonspor has managed to get into Turkish Cul quarter-final against Denizlispor following penalty kicks as it made it chances much more difficult during 2nd leg as it came out to this game with 2:0 advantage scoreline.

In surprising manner, Trabzonspor which been actively praised with its performances during last 2 games, did provide very poor performance and couldnt get concentrated and focussed to this game which led them to concede 2 goals from Epurian. It is true that following minutes, Trabzonspor did raise its performance but with concentration of Denizlispor and also momentum of the game did lead to provide for Trabzonspor to be getting some tough time even through as side their did create some important and good chances as game been progressed. When coming to penalties Trabzonspor seemed to be more focussed with scoring 4 goals and in addition its goalkeeper Erce Kardesler who does provide good performance during this season did provide good performance in this crucial moment. Trabzonspor still struggled in 1st away game which hence would be game to get some lesson to Cimsir as his side lost 1st time in his reign.

Denizlispor meanwhile with losing 1st leg with 2:0 scoreline, did provide right attitude from start of the game with finding 2 early goals and didnt give up even through it couldnt carry same performance when Trabzonspor raised performance. Still, team would be dissapointed with this outcome after it managed to get back at tie.

Trabzonspor has been on edge of being relegated but its luck has been turned to them during penalties, and this game would be valuable lesson to Cimsir.

Galatasaray start getting into providing good performances.

Galatasaray has managed to get to the quarter-final of Turkish Cup with beating Rizespor during 2nd leg game with 2:1 and hence getting to 3:2 scoreline which led for them to get pretty game but with team getting slowly into fighting spirit would lead Terim happy.

Even through Galatasaray as team and supporters would be willing to get into comfortable wins in those games, it would be also important for them to get wins with difficulties so it would  get used to this performance since one of the lacking aspects of Galatasaray during 1st half has been lacking of fighting spirit. It also needs to be remembered that even through Galatasaray did have familiar names in this game, it did come out more or less with 2nd squad and new transfers which did provide good performance even through game did end up being more difficult then it would been expected. Still, Galatasaray didnt use game during 2020 with providing some positive performance and still have Turkish Cup. Once again, title aims for Galatasaray due of the position would be difficult but for them to keep chances arrive it does need to get winning results for sure. Rizespor meanwhile needs to be praised for providing strong and focussed game in both legs trying their best to get positive results and provide difficult time to opponents and would get some confidence for rest of the season.

Galatasaray did get to quarter-final and more importantly start getting strong and confident performance which could lead to good results in upcoming games.

Besiktas as team looks to be at serious crises.

Besiktas continued its poor performance which it has provided during this year so far as it been relegated from Turkish Cup with losing to 2nd division side Erzurumspor with aggregate scoreline of 6:4, losing both legs with 3:2 scoreline.

Besiktas which did enter to 2020 with high hopes and expectations, didnt provide any strong and promising performance and did provide look that team is currently is having crises which could be related to its poor performance so far in season, without being able to show high level performance from performance apart from possibly Caner Erkin, Atiba Hutchinson and Gokhan Gonul. Even through Besiktas did score 2 goals, and taking account that it was winning with 2:1 scoreline which was enough for quarter-final it didnt provide right focus, and with Erzurumspor providing fighting spirit and not reducing tempo of the game towards end of game did provide some issues to side. Meanwhile, Besiktas during Sivasspor and this game did provide mainly panic football which does show that Abdullah Avci is uncapable to provide right reaction when team needs to show strong comeback, factor which been criticised with Basaksehirspor also during last season.

It does look like Besiktas need to look for solution to solve those crises issue which team is right now, and sacking Avci could be solution but it will not be enough for sure.
