Akhisarspor shows that it aims to defend its Turkish Cup title.
Akhisarspor has got an important win against Kasimpasa during Turkish Cup quarter-final 1st leg game and has shown that it has high aims to defend its cup title during this season as it has provided very attacking game even through it will not be happy to concede an away goal.
As it is known, Akhisarspor is currently located at the last place at the table and doesnt show great performance at the league but as it is known Turkish Cup motivation and performance is being different from Super League. In fact, it is possible that team with taking account that it might be relegated from Super League, would still be fighting for Turkish Cup. In other hand, Kasimpasa are continuing at showing poor performance during 2019 as it has lost also some points at the Super League and has showed dissapointing performance during today's game. It needs to be noted that to some extend Hatayspor did provide some reasonable good performance as it has almost played 60 minutes with one less man, but still Galatasaray has been one which has controlled game from start to an end without letting Hatayspor to create much chances even when game has been played as 11-to-11 at the field. Still, as Galatasaray assistant coach Levent Sahin has stated after game, the side didnt provide too much an attacking game and he would be expecting even better performance when played against weaker opponent. Still, 2:0 is good score from 1st leg and even more important it was crucial for Galatasaray newcomer Christina Luyindama to score his 1st goal especially as he didnt show great game against Alanyaspor.
It needs to be remembered that Hatayspor did score 4 goals at its home ground on previous round after losing 1st leg,so Galatasaray needs to be careful still during 2nd leg of tie but it does have good advantage for sure.
Yeni Malatyaspor has got an advantage against Goztepe.
Yeni Malatyaspor has got an advantage scoreline following 1st leg game of the quarter-final of Turkish Cup against Goztepe as it was coming to the game as strong favourite at the beginning and did show this performance at the game.
With Yeni Malatyaspor having its great season compare to last season while Goztepe is having an opposite situation as the side it has affected to their results also as the game has been played at during game. Meanwhile, Baris Alici which has been loaned to side from Fenerbahce does show great adaptatition to the team as he proved with providing great goal at the end of the 1st half showing his detirmanation at scoring goal as he was detirmined to get that goal. Goztepe did also create some chances as game passed but as always it has lacked great last touches which led them not to get win. Still, it only behind at tie and hence can turn this game entirely during 2nd leg at its home ground if it able to show much faster tempo game with help of its supporters.
Yeni Malatyaspor would be still coming out as favourites for semi-final at this tie but it needs still to provide similar concentration during 2nd leg if it wants to achieve its aim.
