Fenerbahce has failed to find winning goal against Basaksehirspor.
Fenerbahce continues losing crucial points at the Super League as it has good goalless draw against Basaksehirspor during home ground despite of fact that the team did look to be showing bit more fighting and willingness to win game.
It needs to be noted that both Fenerbahce and Basaksehirspor did come out to the game with an aim to win game and has provided similar performance with Fenerbahce having in fact much more better attacks compare to Basaksehirspor despite of controlling ball much less. It was visible that Fenerbahce did come out to the game with an aim to win game but the pressure behind poor performance and finding itself at the relegation zone did provide high amount of the stress to team. It needs to be noted that best player at the Fenerbahce has been Eljif Elmas who was getting into high amount of the chances with looking and aiming to find them and due of unlucky situations in positions did find goals. Basaksehirspor in return did manage to control ball much more effectively but did have lack of creating chance due of playing slower game compare to previous two seasons and in their perspective it did manage to get important point from difficult away game where Fenerbahce was determined to win game.
In overall, Fenerbahce did show some improvement from previous games especially at defence but it is still not enough and this result didnt provide too much calmness to Phillip Cocu.
Besiktas was lucky to get draw against Konyaspor.
Super League 8th week game between Konyaspor and Besiktas has been among one of the exciting games which has ended with 2:2 scoreline and has been also ended with 13 yellow card and 1 red card from Domadoj Vida at the 30th minute of the game where Besiktas did actually provide great comeback.
It does need to be stated that until last 15 minutes of the game, Besiktas didnt provide a great game during whole of the game prior to Vida red card and especially after his red card. It was visible that tiredness which it has experienced from Malmo defeat at Europa League has been present and hence led for a team to lose concentration. Konyaspor meanwhile as coming out as underdog did provide good fighting spirit especially during 1st half but it could have won game at the end of the day as it didnt manage to find 2nd penalty from Yatabare. Still,Konyaspor did show good fighting towards game.
Besiktas didnt have specifically easy game today and was lucky to get draw with this circumstance even through it was one who has lost 2 points as it entered to additional time. Now team would get chance to get break and go through its performance in national team break.
Trabzonspor carries on showing high level performance as it has won Akhisarspor today.

Akhisarspor with 3:1 scoreline which has come back from Europa League game against Standard Liege and hence black sea team has turned game around.
Trabzonspor has provided high level performance during game today with keeping tempo at the high level with its attacking players keep on providing improvement with its performances and finding goals as Hugo Rodallega and Burak Yilmaz have found goals from penalties. It does need to be stated that this level of performance in this season, even through having some losing some games, does provide that it could get into high spots for at this season and fight for league title. It also needs to be stated that Trabzonspor head coach Unal Karaman did recieve day before bad news about his mother passing by and with this mentality coach and players did come out to the game and hence it was important for players still to show high level performance which their did on night. It was also important for Filip Novak to find goal which has been only 2nd goal by him during this season and for sure as a team has got very deserved at the end of the day.
Akhisarspor tiredness from Europa League against Standard Liege has been visible from game today and even through it did aim to provide good performance against Trabzonspor, with Trabzonspor having been more fresh to the game has affected to the outcome of game for sure.
Trabzonspor without doubt has got an important win and carries on aiming for high spots at the table as the season progresses and with team improving by each week.
