Besiktas has started its season where it aims to defend its title with comfortable win against league new-comers Adanaspor with a comfortable win of 4:1. Despite of not playing its best football Besiktas has dominated the game and has won the game without wasting too much energy.
Such a comfortable win by Besiktas was also due of inexperience of Adanaspor who had provided very poor performance at its first ever game at the top division in the Turkey. Starting from the game taking back its fans support and also having lots of superiority over its opponents its started dominating game with ending the game at the 1st half with goals of the Oguzhan Ozyakup and Olcay Sahan. It was important to get such an important win at the start of the league and hence starting it at very high motivation despite of playing poor performance. The team did show great understanding between players with control of ball and didnt allow Alanyaspor do control at all as was seen with their struggle during whole game. It needs to state that Besiktas could not start game in any way better in its attempt to defend its title.
Alanyaspor meanwhile has shown that as team its not prepared for this league and would have serious issue in upcoming weeks, however penalty goal scored by Emre Aybaba was also first goal scored by team at top division at its history and hence this pressure of finding its first goal has been solved in 1st week.

Trabzonspor has started season with a win against Kasimpasa with help of Onazi
Trabzonspor starts its campaign of 2016-17 season with a win against Kasimpasa with help of two goals of the newly-signed player Oganyi Onazi and hence manages to win game against opponent which it has troble at the last games.
Trabzonspor did provide better image compare to previous season as it showed more compatible football both at the back and showed some desire to go forward. Among scoring 2 high quality goals by Oganyi Onazi, has showed to the viewers and Trabzonspor fans that he is among most fit players at the team right now. Taking also account that the game was played without any supporters it needs to be focussed that the game ended up being with a good tempo, also taking account its first week of the season. Fenerbahce will start its 2016-17 season at the Super League against the team which became one the main reasons why team didnt get league in past 2 seasons as the loss of the points has led to leave title race prior to last week.
The game against Basaksehirspor would also been seen as the first real test of the newly appointed Fenerbahce head coach Dick Advocaat as the Istanbul side is expected to provide more quality football against them. In fact, it would be natural safe to say that this game would provide strong idea for Advocaat regarding of what kind of league will be awaiting him for this season. Even through it is likely that there was video analysis for new-signed players like Gregory van del Wiel and Roman Neustader this game to some extend would be also be first chance for those players to become familiar how Turkish league is being played at the field. Even taking this account, Fenerbahce does come as favourites if their would be play in similar manner than Grasshoppers but it would be tougher for them as Basaksehirspor will defend more harder.
