Game against Montenegro could be last chance for some Turkish national team players to prove themselves to Fatih Terim.
Turkish National Team is continuing its preparation for the Euro 2016 with 2nd friendly game against Montenegro tomorrow. The following friendly will be important for some of the players as it would be last chance to get to the squad which would go to France.
Number of the players would be at the squad for sure such as Volkan Babacan, Arda Turan however there is also an high amount of players, mainly ones who will be in substitute which head coach Fatih Terim did not decide taking to the France. It will be highly likely that Fatih Terim would mainly provide game time tomorrow to the players which he has some questions at the mind and of course those players would provide their best performance as everyone wants to go to Euro. The job set by Fatih Terim is difficult one and Montenegro game should be able to provide some answers as it is also before last game prior to Euro 2016, as Turkey will meet Slovenia next week.
Montenegro as an opponent could be not referred as difficult as England but it would allow also Fatih Terim to play around with some tactics and find out what is most suitable for tough Euro2016 tournmaent which will take place in two weeks time.
Besiktas are close to sign Fenerbahce player Gokhan Gonul
Fenerbahce player Gokhan Gonul manager Ahmet Bulut has stated that he is over with Fenerbahce extension of contract negotiations as Fenerbahce administrators were lacking to shown any signs of having talks of him. As this was announced by Bulut, rumours that Besiktas has agreed with Gonul transfer are going around the media more actively.
Besiktas does show an interest with Gokhan Gonul with Senol Gunes stating that he would not mind if he joins the team. There are a strong rumours meanwhile that Gokhan Gonul didnt play at the Turkish Cup against Galatasaray on 26th May because the team decided arleady to sell him. This lack of action by Fenerbahce is surprising since Gonul is being one of the key players for Fenerbahce and has huge popularity with the supporters. If thinks would develop like that, we might hear official announcement of movement of Besiktas next week even through there are also English and Spanish clubs interested with him according to Bulut.
If Gokhan Gonul moves to Besiktas it would be big gain for Besiktas and big loss to Fenerbahce. This attitute given by Fenerbahce does raise some questions of problems between team and player behind the closed doors.
Osmanlispor agrees to transfer Bordeaux player Cheick Diabete for 3 years.
Osmanlispor has announced that it made 3-year agreement with Bordeaux player Cheick Diabete, after announcing of Zydrunas Karcemarskas transfer deal yesterday.
Diabete transfer to the Osmanlispor does make team even much stronger prior to Europa League qualifiers and also for next season and has shown to be most active team at transfers so far, with arleady making very effective two transfers. Those two transfers show seriousness of Osmanlispor it takes for next season and showing that it aims to become among strong teams at the league. Cheick Diabete would improve side a lot for the next season and could become one of the key players if team would be able to bring goood results.
As been stated yesterday's blog. it needs also to focus into how Osmanlispor would carry on summer transfer period as it needs to get stronger for good results next season but it is going into that direction for sure.
