Fenerbahce has shown great reaction following Nordsjaelland loss
Fenerbahce has shown very strong reaction following devastating loss to Nordsjaelland as it has managed to beat Sivasspor at the league with 4:1 scoreline and hence regain leadership due of goal difference.
With Fenerbahce player Fred returning to starting 11 after returning from long-term injury, he has shown his importance to the team as Fenerbahce attacking game has been risen by tempo and its attacks has been more dangerous. Without doubt playing at home, its being 1st game after 6:1 loss to Nordsjaelland and also Besiktas derby game coming up, Fenerbahce players has been very eager to show positive and strong attacking game as it provided dominant game from first minute which did lead also for 2 goals coming during 1st half. It could be noted that Sivasspor didnt provide much pressure with its player to Istanbul giants which also led for open game from Fenerbahce. Fenerbahce meanwhile didnt necessarily provide full dominance but it could be stated that this did come from factor that Fenerbahce were winning with 4:1 scoreline.
Sivasspor did have some serious issues to provide response towards high tempo of Fenerbahce during 1st minutes of the game and this has led them to give control of game to opponent and concede 4 goals.
Fenerbahce hence did regain confidence and motivation and after this result could be preparing to an important Besiktas derby game at high mood and belief.
Besiktas got draw in uncertain times.
Besiktas has drawn its last game before new CEO Hasan Arat has been elected as it got result against Ankaragucu with 1:1 scoreline at the game where it didnt necessarily provide good performance.
Besiktas without doubt did come out in very uncertain period as it wasnt sure clear who would be its new CEO when game has been kick-off and also due of poor performance in recent weeks including against Club Brugge. So it could be stated that there was expectation for team to provide very poor performance. It needs to be mentioned that Ankaragucu, game which is always difficult away game, was showing better performance especially during 1st half but it is hard to state that it did get clear dominance of the game and did lose control of the game in some parts during 2nd half. Taking account of circumstances which team has been going through this result could be seen as good result with adding that it was losing at some point.
New administration of the club would be aiming to provide motivation and confidence to the team and it would be clear how team would be affected against derby game against Fenerbahce.
Trabzonspor has serious issues at attack.
Trabzonspor has provided worst performance since appointment of Abdullah Avci as it has drawn against Kayserispor as it didnt provide any pressure towards Kayserispor goal as game did been played as opponent wanted.
Kayserispor has shown much better organisation with both preventing Trabzonspor to show its game and also getting ahead and winning goal which did come from Bahoken at 88th minute could be seen as late goal but it did get in deserved manner. The view of Trabzonspor with lacking strong attacking game starting with midfielder could provide many issues in upcoming weeks and club would need to find solution to this among current players and also plans for mid-season transfer window.
Trabzonspor performance is being poor and in all honesty with current squad it would have serious issues during games.
