Fenerbahce wins an important game but loses 2 key players before derby game
Fenerbahce has managed to win crucial game against Kayserispor with 3:2 scoreline as it played one of in form sides and also has kept its high confidence and motivation prior to Galatasaray derby game but it did get unwanted red card for Fred and Mert Hakan Yandas.

Galatasaray has got an important win against Fatih Karagumruk thanks to the goal of the Kerem Akturkoglu at the game where team didnt provide specifically strongest performance but still kept its motivation high prior to derby game against Fenerbahce.

With Super League being resumed after incident between Ankaragucu ex-CEO Faruk Koca and referee Halil Umut Meler, there has been new controversy and scandal actions as Istanbulspor CEO Ecmel Sarilioglu has asked his team to leave side after referee decisions.
