Nordsjaelland has humiliated Fenerbahce.
Fenerbahce had one of the most devastating nights at its recent history as it has lost 6:1 to Nordsjaelland at the game where draw would mean it could be getting into knockout stages but right now Fenerbahce could even be relegated after next week.
Fenerbahce start of the season which had an impressive 19 wins back-to-back has been stopped from Trabzonspor game and since then Fenerbahce are not being able to show top game and dominance against opponent. It also needs to be noted that Nordsjaelland due of game plan didnt have possession of the ball but whenever it did go forward it has been shown detirmined to score, an issue which wasnt present at Fenerbahce during game. It needs to be mentioned that Michy Batshuayi goal on the end of the 1st half and disallowed goal from Szymanski needed to provide motivation for 2nd half but that wasnt even present. This has been without doubt where Fenerbahce has been humiliated and team would need to go through from such issue at short notice if it wants to fight for title.
Fenerbahce is being in decline and it has reached lowest level with this loss to Nordsjaelland and now would need to seek way to stand up as it would play against Sivasspor.
Besiktas has lacked concentration against Club Brugge.
It also needs to be stated that Besiktas has also shown poor performance as it has lost to Club Brugge with 5:0 scoreline but compare to Fenerbahce it has arleady been relegated and this has affected its performance.
With lots of injured players, still low morale of the team and not being able to concentrate to game against leaders Club Brugge who needed win to secure top spot has been affected negatively to team as it has been focussed to game at all. Besiktas did to some effect tried to show good game but it was obvious that team lacked concentration. Therefore, it would not be right to criticise them much.
Besiktas hence did get humiliating which wouldnt go well to its own history but it did lack confidence and motivation so this result sadly could be understood.
Tired Galatasaray will meet with Pendikspor in league.
Following very exciting and fast paced against Manchester United which ended with 3:3 scoreline, Galatasaray would be returning to Super League with game against Pendikspor.
Taking account that Pendikspor has been improvining and did get suprising result against Besiktas earlier this season and to all respect to team, it should be noticed that after such difficult and fast-paced game Galatasaray did get perfect opponent for itself. Taking account level of quality between sides, Galatasaray are not expected to have much issues with an opponent and could go through rotation. Having player like Mauro Icardi and even Hakim Ziyech with his performance against Manchester United which provided him confidence and motivation boost could lead for side to get win. Pendikspor meanwhile could be expected to see game as opportunity as opponent expects to be tired.
Galatasaray are being favourites but they could not its best game due of expected and understandablle tiredness following Manchester United game.
