Besiktas got another draw, with this time it being lucky one.
Besiktas has drawn again at the Super League this time against Adana Demirspor as both sides did come for game with an aim to continues its aim for Conference League spots and as been expected by many is been pretty exciting and high tempo game.
Even through the game to some extend has been started in pretty controllable manner, it has been heating up as game been developing with Besiktas getting some control of the game with creating some opportunities with Alex Teixeira, despite of lack of goals of team in overall, start finding some goals in recent weeks as he did score against Adana Demirspor which did provide some confidence for himself and to the club even through Besiktas once again start losing tempo and control of the game as game been progressed as it did concede on 90+2 minutes after which game went into control of Adana Demirspor where opponent did score another goal which been disallowed once again. Hence, Besiktas continues showing some good performance but tend to be losing tempo and showing tiredness towards end of the game which shows lack of stamina which needs to be focussed on training session.
Adana Demirspor meanwhile did show strong confident attacking game especially during 2nd half and to some extend is been actually side which did lose 2 points with some questionable decisions from referee. This performance and result does show that Adana Demirspor could get at least Conference League spot in this season.
Besiktas despite of getting draw does continue showing some decline with performance and recent draw result should let Onder Karaveli to start identifying reasons for this and find solution for upcoming weeks.
Trabzonspor made crucial step for title.
Trabzonspor got very important win against Konyaspor in its home ground and raised its point difference to 12 points with extra game from its closest opponent and made an important step for league title.
With Konyaspor in all fairness not providing too much pressure to Trabzonspor until 83rd minute, it needs to be noted that win did come to them in much easier manner with especially Trabzonspor giving sign that they did come out to this game with only focus to win which by itself shows how much motivated and focus team is for league title which it been waiting from 1984. This performance also showed that decline which been present in the side during recent weeks has been temporary and it showed strong recovery at perfect time with Edin Visca meanwhile being main player who has led side to get important win with scoring 2 great goals. It could be criticised that conceding goal from Cikalleshi at 83rd minute did led for side to get into bit out of control but still with strong defence it did get well-deserved win.
With such result and taking account of opponent game in hand, Trabzonspor does have 9 points safety cushion which is good advantage with 14 games left in season.
Konyaspor didnt show much resistance to Trabzonspor.
Konyaspor on their part did provide unexpectedly ineffective performance with only getting into the game from 83rd minute when Sokol Cikalleshi has scored great goal but its been too late.
Konyaspor to some extend did come to the game without any pressure as getting 2nd spot especially with point difference from lower clubs has been great success arleady from them and hence not getting highly motivated and not providing strong resistance could be connected to that. One of the main mistakes from Konyaspor is being focussed too much into defensive game which did reduce opportunities to get into high chances. In short, such performance from side did provide vision that side is not ready physically and mentally to fight for title but still it should be continuing showing top game as it is still at title race to some extend and hence with good results it would keep its runners-up spot strong and maybe get opportunity for title if things might not go as well for Trabzonspor.
Hence, Konyaspor didnt show great resistance to Trabzonspor but should stay focus as their could get opportunity for title.
