What happened in Turkish football today? 31/01/2022

Kasimpasa has signed Krasnodar player Uros Spajic.

Kasimpasa has signed Krasnodar player Uros Spajic and hence strenghening its defensive area of its field as this could become most important for the club during this mid-season transfer window.

As been noted, Super League clubs seems to be having difficulties with signing players during this transfer window due of economical and foreign players limit but still we are getting some important tranfers for the clubs which includes Uros Spajic transfer which would provide important strength to defensive area as it would be focussing into getting further from relegation zone as early as it can without doubt. Spajic does have potential with becoming key defensive player with his quality of play.

Kasimpasa might have some more transfers until 8th February deadline but as been noted this could become most crucial deal for them.

Yeni Malatyaspor has terminated contract with Semih Kaya

Yeni Malatyaspor has terminated contract with Semih Kaya as player did have some decline with his performance in this season and didnt help side to be outside of relegation zone.

Semih Kaya did provide very strong performance in some years ago especially Galatasaray but due of losing motivation and also age, it is common for players to lose its level of performance which we did see from Semih Kaya and hence this decision by club should not be seen as big surprise especially due of not very good performance at defence. Right now, Semih Kaya would be looking for new club with possibly staying  in the Super League as still his experience could be helpful to some sides despite of decline of performance.

Semih Kaya is still on level for Super League but there has been decline with his performance this season.

Kasimpasa has terminated contract with Nicolae Jorgensen

Before announcing transfer of Uros Spajic, Kasimpasa has announced that it has terminated contract with Nicolae Jorgensen and hence did find replacement for him in short notice as deal been made before hand.

It needs to be noted that even through Nicolae Jorgensen performance wasnt been too bad, he still didnt fulfill expectations which were given to him in the club and hence his stay in the club has been done not as expected as he made deal with another club. Therefore, this decision of him leaving among Spajic could open some more transfers during this mid-season transfer window as Kasimpasa focusses into getting further from regulation.

We would follow transfers which club would be making during this winter.
