Decision to terminate contract with Younes Belhanda is being too harsh.
Galatasaray has made surprising decision to terminate contract with its player Younes Belhanda following pretty harsh but in same rightful criticism towards club administrators regarding of condition of the field at home.
It could be argued that Belhanda comments regarding condition of the field where among stating that condition is unexpectable did provide comment stating that rather then focussing into social media, administrators should be focus into the field. With this being direct comment and criticism, it could provide short period of taking from squad and demand for apology. This action shows that it could be not tolerated any criticism towards itself from club, unless its not Fatih Terim who makes it. With Galatasaray using word justice in past week, this even does raise if there is justice within the club itself. It also reported that Belhanda found out about termination during training session which is also healthy manner. It is expected for player to provide action following this decision.
This decision has been without doubt too harsh and could even effect relationship with other players within club and lead them to be reluctant to make some comments.

It needs to be noted that Gokhan Tore did provide some improvement in recent performance so therefore with getting into good form would be more bad news for him then club as it does lots of alternative.
