Turkey has lost points again to side which are lower in level than them.

It needs to be noted that Turkey did start game with strong performance with scoring an early goal on 2nd minute and even through not providing what could be seen as strong dominating game but still provided full control, and when scoreline got into 2:0 but goal which it conceded in short period which without provided strong confidence towards them and hence led Latvia to get provided much more attacking for rest of the game. Even through Turkey did start game in right direction with getting confident scoreline twice did provide some relaxation and did feel some tiredness towards end of the game due of previous strong game. As game been developing, Turkey performance and game has been dropped into such level that when game turned 3:3 despite of some opportunities in last 10 minutes it didnt provide game to get win with in fact letting for Latvia with creating some opportunities. Hence, Turkey did lose once again points against opponent which is weaker while winning side which on paper stronger.

Latvia without doubt on their part did show strong character during this game as it managed to create opportunities when scoreline with 2:0 and 3:1 with being fighting until end of the game could even win as it had opportunities. Latvia has got its 1st point and on side did deserve it.

Turkey even through did show good performance until 2:1, it needs still not to be noted that side continues with having some issues with getting winning result with sides which lower then them and gives sign that regardless of beating its main opponents, this qualification will be tough one for them.

Turkey needs to play as favourites but still give respect to Latvia to get good result.

Turkish National Team will play its concluding game in this period of World Cup qualifiers against Latvia, as it would be coming without doubt with strong confidence and self-belief but it cant relax far too much.

Without doubt following wins against Holland and Norway, which more importantly did come with also great game, would provide high confidence against weaker side Latvia but with previous referances it cant relax too much. TFF cancelled decision to accept supporters after 25 hours.

Following yesterday statement from TFF that 15% share of supporters would be accepted for Latvia, federation has cancelled such decision after 25 hours due of possible tougher restrictions coming to country.

TFF once again, and sadly, did show that it is unavailable to go through Covid19 decisions in healthy manner which shows clearly it either being slightly ignorant or unavailable to go through possible outcomes which such decisions could lead. Taking account that committee stance for bringing tougher rules to current situation (in our view would be right decisions, as long as it being done equally to everyone) proves this decision been done with committee agreement, and this statement gives sign that either directly or via government this decision to be cancelled been done directly from committee.

Its important to note that this decision by TFF has been made with mind of Champions League final next game as test for supporters, so there is no bad intentions by TFF but it is early to accept supporters. 

4 players been taken away from Turkish National Team squad prior to Latvia game.

Turkish National Team players Kaan Ayhan, Cenk Tosun, Dorukhan Tokoz and Emre Kilinc has been taken from squad with report that 3 players did get positive results for Covid19 on previous night.

Turkey didnt let play Norway play its game and dominated game.

Turkey has got confident win against Norway with 3:0 scoreline which without doubt did been unexpected result not only for whole Europe but to some extend to Turkey in the game where side didnt only get result but dominated whole game.

Without doubt, main task among scoring during this game has been to prevent Norway attacking game which ddi have Sorloth and Haaland, which Turkey did in very good way without letting them to create high number of opportunities with Sorloth shot onto post been closest their did get. Among providing very strong game, not letting Haaland to get game which he seeks for, side also showed very strong performance at front where Ozan Tufan without doubt high level and finding 2 very good goals, continuing scoring classy goals as he did against Besiktas earlier this month. In fact, Turkey provided such strong performance that it  does raise question if Norway just performed badly or Turkey was so good that Norway looked poor. In our view, Norway werent on their best day but Turkey performance did provide prevention for them to show good game without doubt.

Right now, Turkey would be focussing to Latvia and only issue which does raise worry is that side tend to get good results against top sides but loses points against sides which below them. However, performance and level of game provides high hopes.

Turkey needs to continue like this and dont relax in upcoming games.

Turkey has got confident win against Norway with strong strategic game.

Turkish National Team has showed perfect start for its World Cup 2022 qualifiers with getting 6 points from its main rivals with beating this time Norway with 3:0 scoreline providing high level game not providing too much opportunities to opponents.

In fact, it needs to be noted that this game has been expected to be much more difficult compare to Holland game but with continuing its concentrated game with strong defensive game has led for side to get with such confidence. Even through draw would be seen as good result, win during game will provide high hopes to fight for top spot with both getting needed motivation and confidence plus getting 6 points from its main opponents.

Fenerbahce terminates contract with Erol Bulut.

Besiktas has set transfer fee of Cyle Larin as 10 million euro.

Turkey has got well-deserved win against Holland in World Cup 2022 qualifier opening game.

Turkish National Team did start its World Cup 2022 qualiifer campaign at very confident manner with getting confident win against Holland with showing upper hand whole game apart of period of 74th-76th minute.

Without doubt this win would play very important role for World Cup 2022 as at first it did win its opening game against one of its main opponents for top 2 spots, as top side would get direct entry while 2nd spot would be going to play-off round. Turkish National Team did start game with full control of it and has been mainly focussed not into tempo but with showing controlling and confident performance in tactically without letting opponent to get into high possession and creating opportunities. Burak Yilmaz with scoring hat-trick and also providing great performance for 90 minutes with creating opportunities and taking role as most experienced player on the field in great manner. Only issue which could be criticised from Turkey has been for loss of concentration following 1st goal of Klaassen, with conceding 2nd goal which could bring some nervous last minutes of the game but great goal from Burak Yilmaz from free-kick did provide well-deserved for Turkey with showing high-level performance, which did come for high number of performance playing at top league.

When looking at Holland perspective, it is true that Turkey did prevent it to show great game but still Holland did look pretty ineffective and apart of 74-76th minutes and few other moments didnt provide much pressure to Turkey game. This result in their perspective would led them to go through such poor game.

Besiktas has recieved FFP fine from UEFA.

UEFA has announced that Besiktas didnt fulfill its FFP guidelines of reporting its amount of debts on 30th September and hence would recieve partial fine which would be reducing its payment from its competitions of next season by 15%.
