Balanced game was shown for most part of Fenerbahce-Trabzonspor game.
The most awaited game of Super League 3rd week and to some extend since start of the season between Fenerbahce and Trabzonspor has been ended with 1:1 scoreline as both teams has provided a controlled game after Ekuban has equalised scoreline.
It needs to be noted that Fenerbahce which did come out to the game has started game with a great tempo looking for an early goal and providing an attacking game aiming to find chances. But it needs to stated that to some extend midfielders were aiming to raise tempo of the game which led for attackers to be behind a ball. Stating that Fenerbahce did find goal from fast and also very organised attack which led for Garry Rodrigues to find his goal for his new club which also been very important for him and his confidence as he was one of the most criticised players at Fenerbahce since start of the season. After scoring it needs to be noted that Fenerbahce still has provided controllable game until it has conceded goal. After 1:1, Fenerbahce start playing more careful game as Trabzonspor start showing much more organised game even through it needs to be admitted that tension of the game wasnt reduced incredibly low.
In other hand, Trabzonspor which aimed to have balanced start of the game wasnt really expected from Fenerbahce to show such strong game and couldnt balance game into high tempo at the beginning. Even through it did concede first which could be seen normal from way game was developed, it was important for Caleb Ekuban to find an equaliser at 27th minute as it allowed team to get control, confidence and also balance game around. After 1:1 Trabzonspor has shown much confident game even through it is hard to state that it has dominated game even after that moment. Still, it was important for Trabzonspor to get this important 1 point against very difficult away game especially taking account that last 6 games has ended with draw. Trabzonspor due of some circumstances did get good result against Fenerbahce.
Even through Fenerbahce has shown an attacking and dominated game, with game looking after 27th minute the game has been balanced and it could be stated that draw was fair result.
Besiktas has shown good game but needs to be more creative at the front.
Besiktas has lost 2 points during Super League 3rd week game against Rizespor despite of showing good performance but has lacked at providing last touch and also passing disciplined during game.
Besiktas to some extend did provide an improvement with its performance comparing to previous 2 games as it was controlling ball and didnt allow Rizespor to get into many chances during game with only providing 2 chances to the opponent which one ending with goal and 2nd hitting to the post at last minute which led Besiktas not to lose all points. Stating that it needs to be noted that Besiktas are lacking creativity right now at the attack which partly is connected to an injury of Burak Yilmaz. Stating that Besiktas head coach Abdullah Avci does need to work at attacking aspect of the game if it doesnt want to carry on losing points at the league right now, as it arleady lost 5 points after 3 games. It also needed to be also noted that Rizespor has also shown good and organised defensive game which has led them to get this 1 point.
Besiktas did provide some forward-seeking and controllable football but as been mentioned its need to be more creative at the front to find goals.
Galatasaray has transferred Radamel Falcao.
Galatasaray has finally made transfer deal with Monaco player Radamel Falcao after long time and are expected to make 2+1 transfer deal with player which could provide strong performance at the front.
With transfer negotiations between Galatasaray and Monaco carried on during whole summer it does look like Istanbul giant club has made transfer deal towards end of summer transfer window at the point when it has been even felt that deal will not be made between parties. It is expected that player would provide incredible strength to Galatasaray at the attacking front with strong and creative performance. Only downside is him being 38-year old but stating that during recent periods his statistics does provide high level performance.In fact, he could have positive impact towards team in similar manner as did Didier Drogba during his years at Galatasaray. There is big expectations and with such long negotiations, it is unlikely that anyone would expect poor performance from him.
It does look like Galatasaray has managed to make this summer main transfer and right now everyone would expect to get through adaptation period with international team break is good opportunity for that.
