Alanyaspor has made 4 out of 4 thanks to mistakes from Fenerbahce
Fenerbahce has lost an opportunity to get leadership at the league as it has lost to Alanyaspor with 3:1 scoreline during Super League 4th week with high number of mistakes. In other side of coin, Alanyaspor is only team to have 100% record.
With good form of Alanyaspor, it was expected that Fenerbahce would have difficult time it needs to be noted that even through its opponents did show good performance, it was Fenerbahce simple mistakes at defence that has provided this loss. It needs to be noted that one the reasons of such mistakes has been of defenders which dont tend to be playing and hence might feel uncomftable at such area. Still those are simple mistakes and players need to be aware and work on that in upcoming weeks. It needs to be also that main reason was performance of defenders, in overall Fenerbahce looked to be at slow tempo not fully concentrated as it did get into low number of chances as game has been progressing. It does need to be note that this performance needs to be going through with technical staff as good start of the season did lead in recent weeks in drop of performance and need to work for team to improve it for upcoming games.
Even through so far this post has been focussed into mistakes of Fenerbahce it needs to be noted that
Alanyaspor has done great preparation and didnt allow its opponents to create many chances and convert opportunities. It does look like Alanyaspor are in best form and have got 4 out of 4 and leadership in well-deserved manner.
Fenerbahce did show big drop of performance in this game and did make very simple defensive mistakes and its crucial to show right reaction.
Trabzonspor fail to fullfill its expectations with performance.
Trabzonspor despite of coming out with high amount of absences for Super League 4th week game against Genclerbirligi still has provided pretty dissapointing performances as it has drawn with 2:2 scoreline.
What makes this loss of 2 points even more dissapointing is factor that Trabzonspor was leading game twice but didnt manage to end game against opponent who has gained its 1st point at the end of this game. It has been also dissapointing for team an injury of its player Ivanildo Fernandes who have joined long list of injured players as he also played a important role at defence. There was meanwhile a poor reaction of defenders during game as it did concede goals which could been prevented with higher concentration and position of the team. Even through Trabzonspor praised so far during this season and still didnt lose games, it needs to be noted that 3 draws after 4 games is not good result for team aiming for league title and team needs to find solution as Europa League will start also with Getafe on 19th September.
Trabzonspor so far did show some promises for this season but it does have downside of level of performance and needs to find solution to show good despite of having some players injured.
Okan Buruk needs time to get adapted to Basaksehirspor.
Basaksehirspor so far are having pretty start of the season even through it was expected by some people and also with some changes of head coach and players does manage to get into level which it had during last season.
It does need to be noted that Okan Buruk performance so far has been pretty dissapointing performance from him as he wasnt able to provide expected performance which he showed during Rizespor 2nd half of previous season. But it does need to be stated that for Okan Buruk coming to different team atmosphere and also team which moderate conditions has been aiming for league title could be providing some difficulties in the beginning. It has also been noticed that team seem to be losing its speed performance in this season even through it did play slow game also last season but does seem to have trouble at raising tempo in attack. Therefore, there are many areas which team need to improve and he does have advantage of getting pressure from fans.
Okan Buruk needs to do lots with Basaksehirspor and also improving as coach if he and club aims to have good season this year.
