Galatasaray has lost 2 points against Konyaspor without showing perfect game.
Galatasaray has lost 2-points during its home game against Konyaspor during Super League 2nd week game and has only gained so far 1 point at the league and carries on providing dissapointing performance.
In all fairness, it needs to be admitted that Galatasaray did provide better performance during game compare to previous game against Denizlispor as it has created high amount of the chances and prior to Seri red card has dominated attacking game. However, it did show some lack of converting chances as Konyaspor does focus into defensive game and hence did prevent Galatasaray to find a winning goal. It should be stated that Seri red card, which was given by VAR, could been prevented as contact which was provided too rush during game. Even through it was hard to provide performance with 10 men, it still wasnt acceptable for team like Galatasaray to allow Konyaspor to get many chances and concede simple goal at the end of the game.
Galatasaray without doubt had shown very dissapointing start of the season and now would need to find ways how to improve its performance for next game against Kayserispor.
Trabzonspor carries on showing positive performance.
Trabzonspor carries on showing some positive performance in start of the season both at league and especially at Europa League, as it managed to win at 2nd week Yeni Malatyaspor which promises to be among tough teams this season.
It needs to be stated that even through Trabzonspor and Yeni Malatyaspor didnt provide great performance with lack of chances during 1st half, Trabzonspor did look as better side during whole game and does create system which would be seeking at providing positive football with looking and converting high amount of the chances. This positive football aspect which has been created for most part of last season, seems to be carried away right now at positive manner at the team right now. It did control game and has created good chances even when it has conceded at very critical moment of the game and has turned game into 2:1 but despite of last 6 minutes didnt allow its opponent to get into many chances and has controlled game.
With Trabzonspor meeting with Fenerbahce next week it would be expected to be pretty tough game for them but their would be coming in confident against league leaders.
Basaksehirspor has signed Mehmet Topal for 1+1 years.
Basaksehirspor has transferred Fenerbahce player Mehmet Topal for 1+1 years as player would be expecting to help his new team to get into higher level of performance and fight for league title.
It was known from start of the season, that Fenerbahce werent much interested to keep Mehmet Topal during this summer period and Basaksehirspor during with active negotiations at past days has managed to make deal with player. With Basaksehirspor losing number of players during this summer and also some injuries of key players this transfer would be seen as strong advantage to get into high level once again and provide aim at top of the league after only having 0 points from openning two weeks. This could be also good chance for Mehmet Topal to provide high level performance at his new club and prove to everyone that he is capable to show top level performance at this league.
Basaksehirspor certainly has got strong player with good experience at the league and would help team to once again fight for league title very likely this season.
