Basaksehirspor didnt manage to turn around Champions League 3rd qualifying round tie against Olympiakos as it has lost game with 2:0 scoreline and has been relegated from tournament with 3:0 scoreline.
Basaksehirspor did manage to provide in all fairness some good performance in start of the game but without converting chances and also head coach Okan Buruk not being pleasant at the game, it did have some issues at providing high level performance as Olympiakos has been highly experienced. It needs to be noted that Basaksehirspor during today's game and also at the general at this tie once again does show that as team its not at level of Champions League as it didnt manage to score goals during those 2 ties. This game has led for Basaksehirspor to identify issues which it has prior to start of the season this weekend and also for Europa League group stage it has got qualified after it has lost this tie. Still it was good experience for Basaksehirspor to play against one of the experienced sides of this tournament.

It became clear that Basaksehirspor doesnt consider to sell its player Volkan Babacan to Besiktas or other club, even through their were rumours that club has made transfer deal with Besiktas.
Besiktas which currently are looking for goalkeeper as an alternative towards Lorius Karius has been reported to have some interest towards Volkan Babacan who didnt recieve much playing time during last season performance but it became clear that club doesnt consider to sell hill during summer transfer window. Of course, this also could be tactical move to raise price of player and make negotiations with player into more intensive manner as transfer talks carry on and time would show how this would end in sense of negotiations and hence time would show how it all would end up.
Besiktas does show interest with player and time would show how all this talks would be completed at the end of the transfer window.
