Besiktas academy players showed great game
Even through Besiktas did lose 2 points to Rizespor during Super League 20th week game, it needs to be stated that it did provide performance above expectations as it did come heavily with academy player with caretaker coach from them too.
With 10 players not being able to play due of Covid19 positive cases, it needs to be mentioned Besiktas did overpass of its expectations with being side which dominated game looking for high amount of opportunities but couldnt convert many of them due of inexperience even through Batshuayi didnt also converted high amount of the opportunities which does rise question of his conversion rate. Probably one of the crucial gains been scored goal from 17-year old Emirhan Ilkhan did score his first goal during his 1st goal in the Super League so its been positive aspect. However, it did concede 2 simple goal which would need to be focussed on even through this could be expected with such squad.
It needs to be mentioned that Rizespor didnt provide high tempo game even through it did draw scoreline due of simple mistakes at defence and especially goalkeeper.
