Besiktas ends Champions League in manner which it competed at it.
Besiktas has completed its Champions League campaign with 5:0 loss to Borussia Dortmund which did provide view of general performance of the team during whole campaign as it ended with 0 points and only scoring 1 goal.
Besiktas in fact did provide even poorer performance from previous games, in sense that compare to those games side didnt provide much of creative game from first minute letting Borussia Dortmund to get full control of the game and being one which dominated game even during 1st half even if it has ended with 1:0 scoreline. Without doubt red card of the team did also provide some negative impact with psychologically Besiktas being broken down and totally letting Borussia to get control of the game. This hence been very poor performance from Besiktas as it didnt only provide very poor game in Champions League but also domestically.
Borussia Dortmund did come to the game as formality since it has secured 3rd spot and Europa League but compare to Besiktas been more determined to win game.
Besiktas would like to forget this Champions League but it did provide some crucial lessons to players and whole team.
Jean Kouassi arrived to Istanbul for talks with Trabzonspor.
Wuhan player Jean Kouassi has arrived to Istanbul to have one-on-one transfer negotiations as club is currently focussed to make its 1st signing of mid-season transfer window.
Being confident leaders right now, Trabzonspor would be focussed without doubt to keep its squad as strong and add some strong players as it is aware that 2nd half of the season would be much tougher as every club would be focussed to beat them. Another positive aspect is that Trabzonspor looks like to be making deal with player in such short notice and could even be signed on 1st day of transfer window. Not much meanwhile is not known about Kouassi but he does show some good performance at Chinese league and does have potential to become clear player for 2nd half of the season.

Fenerbahce announced that it doesnt run negotiations regarding Szalai right now.
Fenerbahce has announced that it doesnt have any transfer negotiations with other clubs regarding of Atilla Szalai.
During recent days, there has been active talks at Turkish and European sports media that Szalai did make transfer deal with Chelsea even through both clubs didnt make any statement regarding this. To some extend,it was known that Chelsea is showing interest with Szalai and Fenerbahce statement might not mean there is no negotiations, it is clear that there is no deal between sides. Szalai could be leaving side in winter but it is known that Fenerbahce will not sell him easily and lower than 20 million euro.
It does look like one of the most discussed transfer during midseason will be Szalai and we would follow this story in our accounts.
