Galatasaray ends group stage at the top.
Galatasaray has ended group stage at the top spot with getting goalless draw at Lazio in Rome with providing strong defensive game which has been key for getting this result and did manage this very successful.
Even through Galatasaray did provide strong defensive mentality with pragmatic game which could cost them top spot, it did done that in very successful manner with preventing Lazio getting into confident position for scoring goal as even when it did have shots on goal there were ineffective. Galatasaray hence did end group in the top spot and hence would pass last 32 stage and will not play until March as it does look to be motivated for going all of the way with strong belief coming from not losing game in such tough group.
Galatasaray had strong performance in the group stage and have all reasons to look forward to knockout.
Fenerbahce and Eintract Frankfurt showed calm game.
Fenerbahce did come out to the game against Eintracht Frankfurt for formality while opponent needed at worst draw to finish at top spot and this had affected into game.
Due of the condition of both sides mentally, it did led to be played in relaxed mood with both sides showing sign of wanting to win but due of certainty at group psychologically did provide relaxed game with both sides not showing too much risk. With this lack of concentration, we didnt see Fenerbahce which could be strong amalysed especially following Rizespor confident win to see how side being after that. Positive aspect of the game has been another goal from Mergim Berisha who does gain some confidence right now.
Fenerbahce would now compete at Conference League which been compared to Intertoto Cup.
Trabzonspor are strong favourites against Antalyaspor
Undefeated Trabzonspor would be focussing to continue its great run against Antalyaspor as side being highly motivated and set to win league.
Trabzonspor hence is being into right and strong focus right now and among being undefeated side, it also didnt lose for 5 games. With all respect to Antalyaspor, it needs to be admitted that it isnt side which could be preventing Trabzonspor to continue such top spot. Meanwhile, its been observed that Trabzonspor in recent games does allow opponent to control game in some points but tends to be side which doesnt concede and it could continue to do this in this game too.
Trabzonspor are coming out as strong favourites and are not expected to have issues against Antalyaspor.
