Basaksehirspor has got an important win against Wolfsberger.

Basaksehirspor has managed to an important win against Wolsberger during Europa League 3rd week game ,thanks to 78th minute goal by Kahveci, providing pretty good game and has got into 2nd place due of this win.

It needs to be stated that Wolfsberger has been so far suprising side of the group managing to beat Borussia Monchneblach and drawing against Roma, so even through it looked to be weakest opponent for Basaksehirspor at this group, it has managed to get crucial win. Even more importantly Basaksehirspor has been 1st club during group stage to win game at the Europe and did get small advantage for knockout stage at the half way. However, it needs to be stated that its opponent Wolfsberger did provide more chances but strong defensive performance and good goalkeeping skill by Mert Gunok did play an important role for 0:0 scoreline. But it needs to be admitted that Basaksehirspor did provide much more stronger performance during 2nd half creating high number of the chances which has led for Irfan Can Kahveci to get winning goal and getting very important win for themselves. It needs to be noted that this win would provide strong motivation for upcoming games both in Europe and domestically with getting an important turning point for this team.

Wolfsberger with getting surprising results at this group did come out as favourite and did provide some good performance in 1st half but couldnt provide similar performance in 2nd half and opponent did get results which it was seeking for.

With Ahmet Nur Cebi being elected as new club CEO at the team it was expected that he would be able to provide positive outcome with team performance after being elected but sadly similar results has been coming to the team It could be argued to some extend that team aim to provide some attacking and did draw game with Umut Nayir but it is important to state that Besiktas did lose its home advantage which it was losing with fans also being unhappy with this team performance. Even through Besiktas did show some improvement in the attacking game and has provided some forward seeking game without doubt it did allow Braga do also create high amount of the chances as it dominated game with creating very dangerous chances and scoring 2 goals. This loss surely would be affecting to Abdullah Avci and could provide high amount of pressure for next week against Galatasaray. Therefore, it needs to be mentioned that Trabzonspor needs to find solutions with how side could be defended much more stronger as it tends to concede goals at each game concedes goal which is an issue which could have some negative aspect at its road to league title. Krasnodar didnt get an easy game against Trabzonspor but it did raise its performance during 2nd half but its been using its chances in the 2nd half and used its opportunities when got ones.
