Galatasaray has shown an attacking game against defensive Yeni Malatyaspor.
Galatasaray has got an important win against Yeni Malatyaspor during Super League 27th week game with 3:0 scoreline and has reduced point difference with leaders Basaksehirspor to 3 points with an extra game.
One of the questions prior to the game is how this game would be compare to Turkish Cup semi-final 1st leg game which was played on 2nd April and it needs to be stated that game has been in similar manner as Yeni Malatyaspor has provided similar defensive game. Coming to Galatasaray, it needs to be stated that it has provided much more tempo game compare to Turkish Cup and was aiming to find chances as 1st half has been progressed but didnt manage to get much chances until mid of 1st half. Disallowed goal which wasnt allowed due of offside has also provided higher confidence to the game but turning point has been penalty kick which came at the end of the 1st half. As Diagne has scored goal, Galatasaray entered to break with high motivation and with finding an early 2nd half goal with Emre Akbaba it has provided an important calmness to game and with Yeni Malatyaspor coming to game mainly to defend has allowed Galatasaray to end game at calm manner with finding another goal at penalty from Mbiaye Diagne. Diagne meanwhile did score 2 goals but both of them has been come with 2 penalty goals but it could provide some motivation to side.
Yeni Malatyaspor meanwhile did provide game which has been mainly focussed into defensive game which did work until conceding goal as it did during Turkish Cup game but after conceding it needed to show more attacking game which it didnt manage to do as it didnt prepare to do that. Still Yeni Malatyaspor has an aim to end season for 5th place but it needs to show much more brave game.
Galatasaray has got an important win and still finds itself at the title race as it had reduced with an extra game to 3 point and would be now focussing to Fenerbahce game next week.
Trabzonspor has shown great positive game against Antalyaspor.
Trabzonspor has provided pretty impressive game against Antalyaspor during Super League 27th week game with focussing to show an attacking game and in fact has provided even stronger game after conceding goal.
It does look, with reference to Antalyaspor game, that Trabzonspor has had a good national team and local election break as it did come out to the game with much stronger performance and higher focus as it still keep its aims for 3rd spot and possibly for 2nd if some results would go into their ways. Without doubt this game has provided some great hopes as it came once again also good players with its youth players once again providing how it focusses into those players. However, it needs to be stated that it didnt provide great game during start of the 10 minutes of the game as it could get into 2:0 loss as Antalyaspor didnt convert into cross. Still, as been stated Trabzonspor has shown great reaction and has managed to score 4 great goals as by finding 1st goal with Nwakaeme, Trabzonspor start showing dominant game and did provide an image that it would be aiming to win all of the 7 games and will not lose its spot for Europa League and even end season at higher spot then their are now. Of course, ending this season in good form would also has positive effect for next season.
Trabzonspor did provide some good performance against Antalyaspor but as always it is important for them to carry on in similar manner.
Basaksehirspor would be aiming once again to get into winning habit starting with Konyaspor.
Basaksehirspor would restart its race for title with Konyaspor game as it would be aiming to carry on its 6 points advantage at the game where team would be entering to critical weeks where it cant afford to make many mistakes despite of having small cushion.
One of the worries regarding of Basaksehirspor is how the team would be showing performance and reaction at the end of the season and as it has lost 2 points during last week prior to break against Kayserispor, it did find itself at the much more critical position as 8 points its not same with 6 points.
However, Basaksehirspor would be aiming to show calm game which has characterised their game against Konyaspor and taking account that Konyaspor is a side which doesnt have recent good performance and also tends to play slow controlable game could go into effect for Basaksehirspor especially if it would be able to score first. Konyaspor meanwhile would be seeing this game as an opportunity to turn around its fate as win against leaders of the league could provide high motivation and confidence for last weeks of the game and once again aiming for last 7 games.
Without doubt, Basaksehirspor winning title at the end of the league are at their own hand and most important aspect of side is to see how much it would be focussed for the game both against Konyaspor and rest of the season.
