What happened in Turkish football today? 05/01/2019
Fenerbahce has transferred Yeni Malatyaspor player Sadik Ciftpinar for 3.5 + 1 years
Even through their hasnt been made an official statement in both clubs, it is almost certain that Fenerbahce has transferred Yeni Malatyaspor player Sadik Ciftpinar and its only matter of days when official statement will be made.
Yeni Malatyaspor CEO Adil Gevrek did state that clubs has been made deal, and its only issue of small matters at the contract which would be done in upcoming days and has wished luck in his new club. Meanwhile, both club and player Sadik Ciftpinar mainly due of social media has made it clear that signing has been done and has welcomed player. Without doubt one of the main reasons why Yeni Malatyaspor has shown good performance this season has been club defence performance in this period and Sadik Ciftpinar has always taken a leading role at this position and hence has helped team to not concede lots of the goals. This transfer should be able to solve some issues at the defence at the team and would be able to move team.
In other hand, Yeni Malatyaspor without doubt would now focus to find a defender during this summer transfer window to keep its defence stronger and able to fight for high sports at the 2nd half of the season.
Alanyaspor has loaned Fenerbahce player Ozan Tufan.
Alanyaspor has loaned Fenerbahce player Ozan Tufan for 1 year as this could provide to its player to get into high level performance once again as he didnt play for very long time and change of atmosphere to the player once again.
Fenerbahce head coach Ersun Yanal did make it clear that Ozan Tufan wasnt based into the plans for 2nd half of the season as he didnt perform well in recent years and hence is not in great physical form. During statements by Ersun Yanal made it clear that it would be better for player and also didnt close any future plans for the player but stated that loan period could help player to get into playing mood once again. The role which has decided to get Ozan Tufan back into physical form has been taken from Alanyaspor which could be risky but in same time rewarding decision, as Ozan Tufan does have good level of performance as he has shown in league title season at Bursaspor and its important for player to aim to get back into this level during his period of Alanyaspor and get into high level performance level which he has in potential despite of him not being seen as young player anymore as Alanyaspor could provide him 2nd chance.
It needs to be stated of course that role of Ozan Tufan in here is also very important as how he takes this takes could lead him to get into high level performance again or not with his new club.
Al Ittihad transferred Basaksehirspor player Manuel Costa.
Saudi Arabic club Al Ittihad has transferred one of the leading players at the Basaksehirspor Manuel Costa for 2.5 years but it needs to be admitted that Costa didnt provide especially great performance during this season.
As Basaksehirspor aims to make stronger team for 2nd half and aims to get title at the end of the season, as all teams it also needs to sell and hence it needs to do in right way. With team having some players which it would need sell at whatever circumstances, it was clear that Manuel Costa hasnt been among them and it has made good offer with Al Ittihad which has transferred him for 2.5 years. This would be however seen as good transfer for Al Ittihad as Manuel Costa is player with some good potential for a future. Basaksehirspor meanwhile did make their squad stronger with transfer of Robinho from Sivasspor and would likely carry on focussing into more quality players to squad.
Once again Manuel Costa is not great loss for Basaksehirspor but its important for Robinho to show fast adaptation to side to make team stronger.
