Russia could provide an important test for Turkish National Team.
Turkish National Team would start its campaign at the newly competition organised by UEFA, Nations League, against one of the surprises of the World Cup 2018 Russia and would be aiming to start at good note with young squad, so as their opponents also.
The fact that Turkish National Team has been going through important changes at its squad has been discussed for long time right now and this time head coach Mircea Lucescu among selecting mainly young players has also done selection from different clubs both in Turkey and outside country. Without doubt, Lucescu main aim among getting top spot during Nations League games is also build a team which would be aiming to get good results in upcoming years. Russian National Team who has reached up to quarter-final at the World Cup with showing some good football could be a good test for them and it would be able to test its capability as Russia compare to game which has been played in June during friendly game, would be seeking game with much more higher confidence as World Cup phenomenon still exists at the team without doubt.
Therefore, Turkey should see this game as good test but in same time get a good results for this game and get an important start at the start of Nations League campaign.
Senol Gunes reopened discussion about foreign players limit at the Super League.
With Besiktas head coach Senol Gunes statement about high number of foreign players playing at the Super League, discussion about limit of those players which is currently is at 14 has been open once again for discussion.
Following argument has been going for long time at the Turkish football but has been forgiven for a while until Senol Gunes didnt reopen this argument during elite head coaches conferences at Nyon, Switzealand organised by UEFA. During an interview to Turkish news agency, Gunes has made this complaint and it could be opened due of question asked by reporter but right now it is showing that he was one who wanted to open. This conversation has went up to TFF administrator Ali Durust, who stated that their would be planned conversation about this topic at the end of the season, as their would be listening to the demands which has been set by Club's Union and mutual agreement would be met. It is hard to state what agreement would be made however as their are different bodies which either want it to be reduced or stay same and amount between them is almost same.
This conversation might be reopened several times until end of the season and it is unclear what deal would be made but it does look like there could be some changes in the end of the season.
Ibrahim Uzulmez demands compensation with ending his career with Rizespor.
It became clear that Rizespor are continuing discussion with its head coach Ibrahim Uzulmez about terminating contract with him but talks are continuing over compensation value.
Since contract would be ending before end of the contract Ibrahim Uzulmez is using his right to get compensation price as high as possible especially taking account that he sees that he has done lots of good to the club including raising to the Super League. Even through it could be argued that this is unimportant right now as you football is judged of what happened right now, Uzulmez migh disagree. It was expected that Rizespor could end contract with Uzulmez even yesterday, but there seems to be disagreement about compensation which he is asking likely to be very high. With an risk of Uzulmez starting criminal case against club for ending contract without his agreement, Rizespor also cant risk to end contract without listening and fulfilling demands set by Uzulmez. This case does seem to be getting into complicated note but should be come into agreement at short period of time.
It is question who would give up from their beliefs and how deal would be made between two and this page would follow developments of this story.
