Fenerbahce started negotiations with Martin Skrtel.
Fenerbahce has announced that it has started transfer negotiations with Liverpool and one of the leading Slovakian player Martin Skrtel. Right now both Fenerbahce CEO Aziz Yildirim and vice-CEO Ali Yildirim are in England to have direct negotiations with the player.
Fenerbahce has been most active team among big 4 with signings of the Aatif Chahechouhue, Gregory van del Wiel and Roman Neustadner in such a short notice and are close at signing Skrtel at this week. It is noticed that compare to last summer club is more focussed at signing quality players which means that with also selling number of players it can make good squad with spending too much money. This means that as a team it is saving money and hence follows regulations which were put to UEFA to the club due of FFP. Martin Skrtel will play an important role at strengthing team and especially at defensive and midfielding areas does seem to provide strong image towards its fans and football followers.
As been mentioned it is expected that official signing will take place this week or earlier next week and could become one of the key transfers for next season for the club.
Galatasaray plans to sell Alex Telles and Bruma.
Galatasaray continues negotiations with both Porto and Bruma for selling its unwanted players Alex Telles and Bruma but also aim to make good amount of money from those transfers due of FFP regulation put by UEFA.
It is known that Porto negotiations with Galatasaray for Telles is going pretty well and in few days time it is expected that the deal would come with both teams making an agreement which would satisfy both parties. According to rumours, the part of Bruma and PSV seems to be more complicated due of misagreement of transfer fee. PSV Eindhoven wants to buy Bruma for 4 million euro while Galatasaray has no intention to sell him for any less. One of the matters of this transfer window by big 4 teams is to try its best to sell its wanted players with high amount of transfer fee, with some clubs lacking to give that amount of cash for players.
So, it does look Alex Telles will be sold to Porto possibly next week and PSV would come with an agreement with Galatasaray after long negotiations so it is important right now to find good alternatives.
Besiktas insists Mario Gomez to make his final decision about his future in club.
The story of the Fiorentina player Mario Gomez extending his contract with Besiktas has been dominating Turkish media for almost a year without any time having a direct answer for this issue. It is known that Mario Gomez would have negotiations with Besiktas after Euro2016.
It does need to be stated however that Besiktas insisted about making mind of Gomez during Euro2016. And yes, Besiktas does need to look for alternatives and Gomez needed to make final decision back on April and this problem seems to be raised by him. However, hoping that Mario Gomez would make decision while Germany is fighting for tournament title will be wrong. It does look like Besiktas CEO Fikret Orman does provide too much pressure to player which surely would make things even more nervous for him.
Meanwhile, it is known that Fiorentina are currently looking for a club which would purchase Gomez for high fee as it would need to pay 50% to Besiktas according to contract.
