Fenerbahce doesnt see Diego Ribas at staying at the club next season.
Fenerbahce administrator Mahmut Uslu has stated today to the press that future of club player Diego Ribas at his current club has been over and in fact he will not play for Fenerbahce never after this season.
It is been known for long time for now that Fenerbahce was planning to sell its player Diego Ribas this summer and Diego wanted to leave himself possibly to the Brasil. Problem with Diego that he did recieve number of transfers but all of them were asking for low transfer fee which was not satisfying to the Fenerbahce who are due of FFP regulations were planning to sell for good amount of money. There is still risk in fact that he would stay at the team and would in return training for 2nd squad and will not be attending games in similar way as was with Kadlec.
Fenerbahce are currently looking for ways how to sell Diego Ribas with clubs like Flamengo and
Cruzeiro being interested with him so we see how this transfer development takes place.
Jose Sosa announces that he will leave Turkey due of terror threats.
Besiktas player Jose Sosa at his social networking account has stated that he will be leaving the team due of fear of the safety for his family and doesnt feel save in Turkey.
With following Ataturk Airport terror attack in Istanbul and also number of terror attacks prior to this it became clear, at least from announcement, that Besiktas player Jose Sosa and his wife are not considering to stay in Istanbul as their see it as risk for their live. Of course, this is being announcement of the player who also underlines that there is no issue regarding of contract and salaries. However, we can give some doubt to the possibility that Jose Sosa didnt manage to agree for salary for next season and those terror attacks have been an excuse given by him.
In fact, this statement could start some trend by foreign players playing at Super League who would use terror as an excuse to leave team for not agreeing with transfers.
Riekerink has trust of Galatasaray players.
Galatasaray players with their statements are making clear that their satisfied with Jan Olde Riekerink as staying as team's head coach despite of some criticism by some of the supporters.
It was known in fact from past season that number of players were happy with how Riekirink coaches them and as soon as season was over has made it clear to administrators that their want him to stay. In fact, it needs to state that with winning Turkish Cup and way team ended season Riekerink did good job with taking account of situation in the team. Riekerink did state that he is more aware of team and league and would now focus at the title for next season being leading his own team rather than left-overs from yesterday.
Its hard to predict what kind of season would Galatasaray have but Jan Olde Riekerink has opportunities to have good next season and could state himself as good coach.
