Both Besiktas and Trabzonspor played for win but got draw.
Turkish Super League 10th week game between Besiktas and Trabzonspor has been ended with 2:2 scoreline as game has been played in played with fast tempo as both sides did aim to get win which led for open football.
Besiktas has been observed to be providing pretty different game from previous one, as he had shown more defensive and controllable game and has shown much more attacking game during 2nd half which been due to some extend of expecting that Trabzonspor has become tired from midweek game. Still, it needs to be mentioned that it took time for Besiktas to get into game which to some extend did lead for them to concede an early goal on 11th minute but after that it did raise tempo. It also needs to be mentioned that introduction on the field of Cenk Tosun has once again shown how important player he is for team in sense of attack as side did find a goal on 70th minute and has also created some other opportunities as game has been developed. Hence, to some extend we are seeing different Besiktas when its playing with other big clubs, as it did against Fenerbahce, where it starts game in slow tempo and raises it in 2nd half, opposite of other games.
Even through lots of people were expecting for Trabzonspor to be tired and not providing high tempo against Besiktas, our blog has argued that win against Monaco with confident scoreline might have positive impact to team and thats more or less what happened as Trabzonspor during 1st half has provided fast tempo game and has shown strong willingness to go at attack which led them to find an early goal from Maxi Gomez and also Trezeguet using an opportunity from Masuaku. Hence, Trabzonspor did play for win during most of the team but did go into defence as sign of tiredness did become clear as would been expected and hence towards end of the game has provided mainly not to lose game which could be highly anticipated and understandable. It has been especially important for Maxi Gomez, who did join side with though of being main goalscorer, his first goal in the league in such important point would have important positive impact for upcoming games.
It could be argued that Trabzonspor has gained point as it did get point against difficult away win but when looking in standings, this result would not provide much help at current standings.
Kayserispor looked before against star full Galatasaray.
Galatasaray which did come out to Kayserispor with full of starts didnt manage to stop an effective performance of opponents and hence has lost surprisingly with 2:1 scoreline.
Surprising term is without doubt would be referring to expectation from game before kickoff, as when game itself been played win of Kayserispor should not be seen as surprised outcome without doubt. Kayserispor has been side which has dominated in attack during 1st half and could even score more than 2 goals, and during 2nd half has been focussed into defence which it has done effectively and did concede goal due of being unlucky from Baris Alper. With only playing 1 game in one month period due at first national team break and also being off, would been expected for side to be showing strong game but it has been all but with star players has been below their level of performance and has been seen without much tactical performance.
Galatasaray does have side with star players but Okan Buruk how to use those players effectively to get results. This needs to be done as soon or it would find itself outside title race.
Fenerbahce are being strong favourites against Ankaragucu
Fenerbahce without doubt would be aiming to carry on its positive performance this season both with result and attacking game as it would be meeting with Ankaragucu.
Without doubt Fenerbahce is being side to beat, as it being most toughest side for opponents both tactically and physically and without doubt Fenerbahce are having set of players who do come out of game with an aim to win or at worst not to lose. Ankaragucu even through is being good team, is not realistically into level which could compete against Fenerbahce and hence it would be having some issues. It would be expected for them to be mainly defending against Istanbul giant and possibly closing defence could be solution but still Fenerbahce has capacity to respond to this with fast pace game in the attack.
Ankaragucu hence would be having tough game at the game where Fenerbahce would be coming as strong favourites.
