What happened in Turkish football today? 30/09/2022

Adana Demirspor expected to provide lots of problems to Galatasaray

Even through and quite naturally main focus at Turkish football community is given to derby game between Besiktas and Fenerbahce, it needs to be mentioned that game between Adana Demirspor and Galatasaray is not at least important as this.

Foremost, this game could decide leader of the week as win for Adana Demirspor would them end week as league leaders while Galatasaray win would make them leaders instead. It needs to be mentioned that Galatasaray did use national team break in an effective manner focussing into training session, playing friendly with Istanbulspor and also new signed players to be adapted to side. Galatasaray are expected to show strong attacking game but Adana Demirspor certainly has shown strong positive game until this week and would be foccusing to provide strong pressure and general problems to Galatasaray.

Galatasaray might be coming as favourite but Adana Demirspor has more or less equal chances to make surprise to them.

Trabzonspor will aim to improve against Kayserispor

Trabzonspor would be returning to Super League with game against Kayserispor as it would be aiming to get 3rd win back-to-back first time during this season and also provide strong effective game.

Without doubt, Trabzonspor did work on national team break for improving its performance which been not in level of previous season and it would become clear how it has managed to do that in upcoming games starting with Kayserispor game. Kayserispor meanwhile is being focussed into providing strong attacking game which is been unsual for them in recent weeks and hence would be focussing to provide organised defence game and focus into effective counter-attacks against Trabzonspor for sure.

Trabzonspor does come out as favourite but doesnt provide full trust due of poor performance so far during this season.

Aziz Cetin has been reelected as Antalyaspor CEO.

Antalyaspor CEO Aziz Cetin has been re-elected as club's CEO as he did run as single candidate as there is without doubt strong trust and respect towards him.

It needs to be mentioned that Antalyaspor is being side which does improve by each season and even through this season has been so far not very stable, it quite naturally for club members to provide trust towards him during this season. Without doubt he would be focussing now into how to run club and making them into being more competitive for European spots after being close to it in previous season and having some good signs in some of the game in this season.

Antalyaspor might not be going into straight road but still being on right direction thanks to the Aziz Cetin.
