Turkey got draw with absent Norway
Turkish National Team has drawn against Norway with 1:1 scoreline during World Cup 2022 qualifiers and has kept chances for 2nd spot in the table but now would be expecting for their today opponent to at least lose game.
It needs to be mentioned that Stefan Kuntz coming out to his first game in his new team and it being such crucial one would provide some difficulty and its been seen that he would need to do many works for this side to get positive results. It needs to be mentioned that Turkey did provide some good performance especially in the start of the game but as game progressed it did look to be tired with making some simple mistakes when ball being at opponent side without being able to regain and intercept ball which would be without area to be worked on. Especially some works needs to be done at defence which did let for opponent to feel comfortable and create high number of opportunities. Still, there were some positive aspects but still side does have serious issues which need to be improved on.
Norway it needs to be mentioned did manage to show some strong organised game despite of all absences with looking better side in 1st half and due of draw did play 2nd half with reducing tempo and did get advantage for 2nd spot.
Turkey did show some willingness but still has serious tactical absences but this performance has helped Stefan Kuntz to identify issues in the team and work with improvement.

This appointment could be very effectively as both get along very well for very long time and have strong father-son kind relationships.
