Despite of win, Turkey didnt fulfill its expectations much.
Turkish National Team has got win against Gibraltar with 3:0 scoreline during World Cup Qualifier 5th week, but this outcome should not state the fact that Turkey did provide pretty dissapointing performance especially during 1st half.
It needs to be noted that Turkey did provide pretty dissapointing performance during 1st half with missing penalty kick from Enes Unal at 2nd minute, and during whole half didnt get upper hand without being able to dominate game and in fact Gibraltar looks to be not very bad side which been affected from Turkey poor performance. With some of the changes during 2nd half with introducing Hakan Calhanoglu, Halil Dervisoglu and Kenan Karaman which risen level of game to Turkey but still it still hard to say that Turkey dominated game with Gibraltar getting some moments in start of 1st and after conceding 2nd half. Therefore, even through Turkey did win today and kept its leadership but today's performance to be honest did provide much hope against Holland who did win in parallel game against Montenegro with 4:0 scoreline.
Gibraltar did come as underdogs, with being one of the weakest sides in the continent, but their did show provide confident performabce at defence and did provide some positive note during game not showing much fear towards Turkey with still showing some respect to Turkey.
Turkey could have provided better game and does provide some worries if it could show strong game against strong.
Police will be present at entrance in the stadium to control Covid19 guidelines
Turkish Internal Ministry has announced that police would be present at entrance to the stadium during matchdays among private securities to reduce and prevent issues which been present during entrance from supporters which either doesnt have vaccination or PCR test results.
As it is known, TFF using suggestion from Turkish Health Ministry to only allows supporters to stadiums who been fully vaccinated or have negative PCR test result with 50% capacity, but it is been reported that number of supporters who dont fulfill this guidelines tried to enter to stadium having some arguments which private security at stadium who normally does go through accepting supporters. Since this issue sometimes did go out of event to provide much better control and also some punishment, it is been decided for police to be present in the stadium. Meanwhile, it needs to be reminded that supporter which does fulfill this guidelines would be accepted and there will not be in exception.
With Turkey going through slowly into providing advantages to one who are been vaccinated, sport events are been first one to go through this guidelines.
Fenerbahce started negotiations with Miguel Crespo.
Fenerbahce has announced that it started transfer negotiations with Estoril Praia player Miguel Crespo as side continues works to become stronger until deadline date of 8th September.
Fenerbahce it needs to be noted has become pretty active as been expected with looking into opportunity transfer with Miguel Crespo is being one of them as he did provide pretty good performance in his club Estroil Praia and does have some potential to become strong player as side does provide another investment into younger players which it tends to do in recent weeks. Taking account that transfer window is also being at Latin American countries it would be also providing needed strength in the midfielding issue. It needs to be reminded that player will not be included at Europa League squad but would be strong alternative in domestic games for sure.
