Fenerbahce continues its 100% winning run without problems.
Fenerbahce continues showing a winning run as it has raised to 16 out of 16 with beating this time Kasimpasa with 2:0 scoreline and compare to previous league games it didnt necesarily provide fast tempo game but it has been enough.
To all respect to Kasimpasa, usually it doesnt manage to provide strong resistance to Istanbul giants and this has been case more or less against Fenerbahce as it didnt provide strong attacking game and only positive factor for them has been an organised in most parts. Meanwhile, Fenerbahce has once again has scored an early goal this time coming from Edin Dzeko on 3rd minute which quite naturally did make the game easier and allowed them to control and keep path as it wished to do so. Even through as been noted that it didnt provide dominant game, it still look highly organised with playing knowing what to do on the field and hence did look during whole game that it would win.
Hence, Fenerbahce did enter to national team break with 100% and it is aiming to carry on performing in similar manner when league would be resumed within 15 days for sure.
Besiktas did get a win during such difficult moments for them.
To all respect to Istanbulspor, it should be noted that Besiktas been lucky to play one of the weakest links in this league as it met with them at most critical moment at the team and Burak Yilmaz did show signs of being good coach.
It needs to be stated that team didnt prepare much with Burak Yilmaz as been stated by himself and has played into emotions and even through it is hard to state that team did provide performance which would be desirable it did come out to game with being aware that firstly they need to get result as apology for events against Lugano and also not to get far from Fenerbahce and Galatasaray even more. Hence, it is not easy to play such games whoever opponent is and even if Istanbulspor due of lacking good attackers didnt provide much danger to them, it was still important to get such win for confidence. There are also rumours that Besiktas might consider to keep Burak Yilmaz at least until CEO election.
Besiktas hence did get an important for them and now would be focussing for some internal factors during this national team break.
Turkey and Italy certainly would get Euro 2032 hosting rights.
If there would not be any unexpected developments, there is high expectation that Turkey and Italy joined bid for hosting Euro 2032 would be won by them as there are only candidates as bid from Russia is not being discussed due of invasion of that country to Ukraine.
When announcement of joined bid has become announced our blog did state that it would be big advantage for Turkey as Italy is being well-known football nation and could even won this bid alone. Hence, this joined bid would make Turkey chances more higher as it does have all reasons to host it but did lack some factors to convince. Turkey has been bidding for Euro, World Cup and Olympics for long time without winning any rights and it does look this would be over when candidate city would be announced on 10th October.
Again Turkey and Italy are being only candidates and some strange developments should happen for them not to win it.
