CAS declined Trabzonspor request to open case of 2010-11 season
CAS has declined Trabzonspor request to reopen case regarding of Super League season of 2010-11 season where it claimed that Fenerbahce has won title with match-fixing and has complained towards TFF, UEFA and FIFA.
CAS declined this complaint stating that final decision has been done by all bodies and that there is not enough evidence for match-fixing place at taking place. This decision without doubt means that this has been last legal route which Trabzonspor can take unless it would decide to go International Human Right Court but that would be outside of sportive court cases. It is unlikely that it would take this route as it has would need to give lots of time and cash. CAS decision in sense of complaining towards football bodies means that it would need to accept this outcomes and expect to lose league title this season.
In same time, this decision also means that all bodies expect league title of Fenerbahce and to some extend admit that match-fixing didnt take place.
Mehmet Yiginer has been reelected as Ankaragucu CEO.
Ankaragucu CEO Mehmet Yiginer has been reelected at club's CEO election today as he was run single candidate and has got 498 votes out of 660.
It needs to be reminded that Yiginer did call for other candidates to be announced and asked for team to be done everything for a club which is also as most clubs are at difficult economical condition. But this issue at club without doubt has also made it reluctant of other candidates to call for their own candidacy. Taking account of condition club is right now it would be naturally to see that Mehmet Yiginer has been good to stay as he managed to put team at Super League and has managed this diffciclt period for club economically.
This factors cettainly has keep team at Super League and helped him to stay as CEO at club and move team forward at short period of time.
Rizespor has loaned Fenerbahce player Baris Alici.
Rizespor has announced that it has loaned Fenerbahce player Baris Alici as it was known that team aims to loan following player after selling its key player Vedat Muriqi also to Fenerbahce.
With taking account of high potentiality of Baris Alici but also low chances of recieving high amount of playing time at the team during next season it was quite naturally for Rizespor to loan him as it would be good chance for player to develop and play at team which does have moderate but same time important aims at Super League next season. This transfer would also be good one for Baris Alici as it would allow him to recieve more playing time and give chance to get experience and develop as player, and hence possibly returning to Fenerbahce at much better condition after this loan if team would like to see him back.
Baris Alici move to Rizespor is win-win situation at all parties and would provide lots of assistance into each of the future aims for sure.
