What happened in Turkish football today? 29/07/2019

Galatasaray has purchased Cristian Luyindama for 3-years.

Galatasaray has announced that it has got transfer deal with Cristian Luyindama who has been loaned at team last season from Standard Liegefor 3-years with 1,500,000 euro yearly salary.

Luyindama it needs to be stated did provide high level performance and did have big role for league title during last season even through occassionally he did recieve some criticism for playing too harsh game and recieving cards easily. Still, it was known that head coach Fatih Terim and team administration has been satisfied with his performance and it was natural for all bodies to make transfer between each other. Luyindama quite naturally would be expected to stay as leading defender at the team for next season also and would be used in effective manner both at the league and also Champions League.

It is good news for Galatasaray to transfer Luyindama and he expects to be clear for team for next 3-years.

Alanyaspor has transferred Juanfran for 2-years.

One of the main completed deal which has been done among Super League clubs has been signing by Alanyaspor of Deportivo La Coruna player Juanfran who is expected to move team one step ahead at its aims for next season.

It needs to be stated that Alanyaspor has had good transfer negotiations with Deportivo La Coruna and didnt have much an issue at making deal with player which most likely Spanish club has been aiming to sell. Even through Juanfran could not be categorised as high level player, he would be capable to push Turkish side into one step ahead as the team and provide team which can even fight for Europa League spots during next season as Alanyaspor are among sides which can have such aims for next season for sure.

Hence, signing Juanfran by Alanyaspor could be seen as good and strong transfer deal and could push team ahead for next season in quality sense.

Kasimpasa has signed Mustafa Pektemek for 2-years.

Another side which has managed to get a good transfer in pretty reasonable condition has been Kasimpasa signing of Besiktas player Mustafa Pektemek for 2-years and player who has shown great performances at Besiktas in the past can aim for similar performance at Kasimpasa once again.

This transfer as some of you might remember has been actively discussed but to make itself once again much more clear that Mustafa Pektemek wasnt mainly aimed to be used for next season in similar way as was during last season as a player his not in similar level as he was behind. But as player, he still does have some potentiality to show great performance despite of age and even through is not in level to be back at top level clubs, he would be very suitable for teams like Kasimpasa who have much more moderate aims for season.

Hence, this move is being very effective for all parties at question and it would be expected for Mustafa Pektemek to show high level performance.
