What happened in Turkish football today? 01/12/2022

Joao Pedro become injured.

Fenerbahce player Joao Pedro has become injured during friendly game against Rayo Vallecano as it did look pretty serious on first look.

Even through seriousness of injury is yet not been announced by the club, it did look to be injury which would take until next year to be fully recovered. Therefore, Fenerbahce does need to look alternative at the squad for upcoming games and possibly make some transfer in place of the player as he is taking serious attacking midfielder type role which is being crucial for Fenerbahce style of play right now. Jorge Jesus would have chance to work on alternatives which are available during this World Cup 2022 break training sessions and aim for such unwanted injury to have negative impact into tactical and style of the game.

We would be hoping that injury is not being very serious and Joao Pedro would be able to return in field at good condition and fully recovered in short time.

Arsenal are interested to transfer Inter Milan player Hakan Calhanoglu.

Premier League leaders Arsenal are showing strong interest to transfer Inter Milan player Hakan Calhanoglu during summer transfer window as player continues to be one of the demanding Turkish players.

With seeing what kind of performance does Hakan Calhanoglu is showing at Inter Milan and also his full career, it should not be seen surprising that Arsenal are showing an interest towards player as club is currently aiming for league title. It needs to be mentioned however that Calhanoglu does play a crucial role at his club and it would not be expected for Italian side to sell him so easily and negotiations would be continuing to be taking place. Therefore, time would show what kind of offers would Arsenal go if this interest is being serious.

Our page would carry on this transfer story as club might provide some offers during mid-season transfer window

Galatasaray showing an interest with Marcos Alonso.

One of the most talkative transfer rumours at Turkish sports media is being rumour that Galatasaray are showing an interest to sign Barcelona player Marcos Alonso.

With Marcos Alonso not recieving lots of playing time during this season, it is known that club does consider to sell or loan him to other club and in fact been suggested to Galatasaray as club has provided also positive response to such an offer. Without doubt, Alonso would be able to strengthen side for rest of the season and negotiations between side would be likely to carry on.

If Galatasaray as been noted would be able to make deal between sides than it would be able to strengthen side with player whose team is willing to loan in short period.
