Trabzonspor got 6 point advantage at 3rd spot with 4 games to go.

Trabzonspor has got an important advantage at the race for 3rd spot after beating Gaziantep with 4:2 scoreline as it has shown one of the most memorable comebacks of this Super League season.

Trabzonspor as it is known does provide mixture of performance with showing poor game or very good game but this time it has managed to do so both within 90 minutes. Trabzonspor did look to be pretty passive and ineffective during 1st half but it did raise tempo during 2nd half. After getting behind with 2:0 scoreline, it did manage to find 4 goals within 20 minutes with 3 of them coming with 6 minutes. Paul Onuachu with his hat-trick and assist without doubt has been main pushing force as he entered to game on 2nd half.

With this result Trabzonspor did get an important advantage for 3rd spot as it got 6 point advantage from its closest opponent Basaksehirspor. 

Konyaspor has terminated contract with its head coach Fahruddin Omerovic.

Konyaspor has terminated contract with its head coach Fahruddin Omerovic as team is only being 3 point advantage from relegation zone with 4 games but did show some poor performance in recent weeks.

With Konyaspor performance going into decline and team having games against Fenerbahce and Galatasaray in this duration, Konyaspor administration didnt want to risk too much with Omerovic and has announced that team's sports director Ali Camdali. This move without doubt has been more focussed into providing new blood to the team for last 4 games and hence raise motivation which has been lacking in recent weeks as risk of being relegated is being raised.

Konyaspor for sure would be expected for this decision would  provide some positive factor prior to Fenerbahce game which would be crucial for both sides without doubt.

TFF has announced that all games during Super League 36th week game would be played on 12th May at 19:00 as there is title race with Galatasaray and Fenerbahce, intense raise to stay at the league and also fight for European spots carrying on.

With so many scenarios taking place at the league, it is highly expected that there would be high excitement during almost every game in this intense race as it had been noted main focus as always has been to title race but there strong fight for other spots with to some extend survival race could be stated to be more exciting and unpredictable. Hence, this has been good decision which would bring lots of excitement between 19:00 to 21:00 on 12th May.

Super League is slowly getting into exciting end and TFF did make an important move to raise excitement to even more for sure.
