Trabzonspor got crucial win against Besiktas.

Trabzonspor has got crucial win against Besiktas which without doubt did make position at the top even much more stronger due of beating side which been seen by many as main opponent for title in the end of the season and did raise point difference with them to 10 points.

When looking how game developed, it could be noted that Trabzonspor did dominate with posiition much more then did opponent but this strong stand which their did show in this game as they did provide look that there are being in the control of the game and didnt provide much difficult positions to Besiktas to find goal with providing defensive game which been smart tactic as opponent did come for win and also playing at home ground. Besiktas did lose very important for them and would need to do catching up game while Trabzonspor could be focussing into title even more but still remember there is still long time until end. 

Galatasaray would be having difficult game against Fatih Karagumruk

Galatasaray would be returning to Super League with pretty tough game against Fatih Karagumruk which does show strong confident game during this season and being ahead of them league.

As been mentioned beforehand, Galatasaray tend to show much more willingness and organisation when looking at performance in Europe and domestic and therefore Galatasaray would be needing to find ways how it could be transferring such performance to the domestic league with Fatih Karagumruk. Fenerbahce got back confidence with good win against Antwerp.

Fenerbahce has got very important win both for its fight for knockout stages at Europa League and generally for confidence as it won Antwerp with 3:0 scoreline providing top level game especially during 1st half.

Fenerbahce did come out with number of injured players and hence this been opportunity for Mergem Berisha, Max Meyer, Irfan Can Kahveci and Mert Hakan Yandas to show their level and remind why there were purchased which their did in great job. Among scoring 3 very good goals, with Berisha been selected goal of the 4th week from UEFA all those players provided much more strong collective game. It might be slightly wrong to get into conclusion just from one game, but when looking how side did perform fir 90 minutes it did provide impression that alternative starting 11 seems to be much more aggressive in the front and Pereira like to take this in note. Fenerbahce gets crucial against Antwerp for knockout possibility and confidence.

Fenerbahce got very important win against Antwerp as it got point difference with Belgian side to 4 points with 2 games left but even more importantly got 1 point behind 2nd spot Olympiakos.

Even more importantly it did get this win with confident scoreline with getting all 3 goals in duration of 30 minutes with being scored from players which are not only didnt score for long time but didnt get much of the playing time. It needs to be noted that big clubs like Fenerbahce when providing poor performance tend to be having one point where it does provide strong game and gets confident scoreline and this been today as many people including in Turkey did see Antwerp as favourite for the game and therefore this been very important win for them both to keep their opportunities alive for knockout stages and also general getting strong motivation and confidence for upcoming games. Besiktas continues with showing dissapointing performance at Champions League as it lost with 4:0 scoreline to Sporting Lisbon and hence did lose any opportunity of getting to knockout stages in the tournament.

Besiktas didnt get any control of game against Sporting Lisbon.

Besiktas did lose its opportunity to get into Champions League knockout stages as point difference with Sporting Lisbon and Ajax has been raised to 6 points as it lost this time to Sporting Lisbon with 4:0 scoreline providing very ineffective performance.

It needs to be mentioned that Sporting Lisbon starting from game until last whistle been side which has controlled game game as it wanted with raising tempo, finding goals and in some letting Besiktas to get into positions as it wanted to. Besiktas, especially in start of the game, didnt provide any response to such organised and demanding game from Portuguese opponent and even in some moments did show some signs of panic and as Sporting did find goals, Besiktas start losing its belief. Fenerbahce would need to win Antwerp.

Fenerbahce does come up to the Antwerp game at the Europa League with showing poor performance in recent weeks and would need to get at least draw to see European winter and win if it wants to keep Europa League chance arrive.

It needs to be noted that with how Fenerbahce performs in recent weeks and also its performance during previous game against Antwerp, opponents would be feeling quite understandable to get opportunity to win its opponents and get 3rd spot for Conference League at least, and hence would be expected to provided brave attacking game to which Fenerbahce should be ready for. Besiktas would need to win Sporting Lisbon for seeing European football after New Year.

Besiktas would be returning to Champions League campaign seeking to get its 1st win in the competition against Sporting Lisbon as it would be aim to rise its chance to continue European journey in February.

Even through some people tend to see Besiktas performance to be not very poorly at the tournament, one thing is certain is that it didnt win single game and did lose some with some unexpected results which would be dissapointing when looking at the fact that its summer transfer window been focussed to build competitive side for the tournament. Besiktas is still have some injuries which would not be available for this game but it cant really state that it comes out with poor squad. Besiktas meanwhile did get some mistakes when coming to defence and this should be most important area where it should be focussing on as it did some unexpected mistakes on previous game as loss would mean end of its European journey very highly.

Besiktas would need to show much better game which it shown on previous 3 games in tournament if it wants to continue at Europe in 2022.

Club's Union doesnt want 7+3 foreign players limit next season.

Club's Union Ahmet Agaoglu has made some important statements following union meeting, and even through he did state similar lines regarding referee he also renew request to delay foreign player limit.

As it is known,foreign player limit would be reduced from 8+3 to  7+4 during next season which would lead for sides to revise its transfer focus during mid-season  and next summer and being heavily equipped with foreign players many clubs are not willing to do those changes which could be understood why Club's Union is having such request from TFF but federation has shown its detirmination. Stating that, this matter been discussed heavily but one thing is certain Turkish football when looking at performance is in decline and it would need to find solution and one of them is to find right systme according developing local players.

Until now, TFF except following Covid19 season didnt provide changes to foreign players limit and it would be interesting to see how it would respond for this request 

Fenerbahce could consider to sell Ozil during winter.

There has been interesting rumour going around which is Fenerbahce might be considering to sell its player Mesut Ozil during mid-season transfer window.

It is known, even through declined several times by media, that there seems to be issues between Mesut Ozil and Vitor Pereira which does provide some damage to the whole team, with rumours that issues also pleasant with different players. With Fenerbahce administration going through decision if Pereira should stay or not, if it decides to keep him for long-run which interestingly could be right decision, it could be considered to sell Ozil to reduce tension in the club as star player misunderstanding could only provide damage.

Galatasaray regained its confidence with Gaziantep win.

Galatasaray got very important win against Gaziantep during Super League 11th week with using opportunity of loss of points of its Istanbul opponents and also regaining back confidence after Besiktas loss.

Galatasaray didnt necessarily provided high tempo especially during 1st half and didnt dominate game but still did control game for 90 minutes not allowing opponents to get into serious positions and shots to goal. Even through it could be noted that Galatasaray didnt have specifically high amount of goals for 90 minutes, two goals which been scored have been very generetic from Morutan and good teamwork from Sofiane Feghouli and Kerem Akturkoglu at the 2nd goal. Therefore, Galatasaray did get important win in sense of morale both for the Lokomotiv Moscow game and also for upcoming games in the league as it would be focussed to catch up with Trabzonspor who are currently being at the top.

Some people, state that Galatasaray is being biggest winner in this week which is not really true since Trabzonspor keeps its 4 points advantage at the top from 2nd spot.

Galatasaray did come out to the game against Gaziantep as it needed to win to keep 7 point difference from Trabzonspor and also bounce back from last week loss to Besiktas and it just got that with high quality goals from Morutan and Kerem Akturkoglu.

Galatasaray did come out to the game with high focus and winning spirit which been visible from start of the game even through tempo of the 1st half from side could be argued but its stance both at defence and forward did look there were aware what did.
