Galatasaray has transferred Emrah Bassan for 3 years.

Galatasaray has announced transfer of the Antalyaspor player Emrah Bassan whıch was expected to be announced since last week. In fact, Emrah Bassan has attended to training session of the team since weekend.

The talks about this transfer to be taken place has been going around Turkish sports media since the start of the transfer season and was among anticipated transfers between Super League teams. It is certain that Bassan has very good season with Antalyaspor in previous season and was among key players for clubs good season taking account that it was first season for Antalyaspor since their returned to Super League. Galatasaray has signed Emrah Bassan for 3 years with 1st season being 400,000 euro which would rise to the 450,000 next season and 500,000 after that. Taking account economical situation with all of the Super League teams and especially Galatasaray it could be a very good transfer for them.

Emrah Bassan has a capability to play an important role for a good season which Galatasaray aims to have next season and could been referred as very good transfer.

Fenerbahce has started negotiations with Roman Neustadner.

With officially signing of Gregory van del Wiel, Fenerbahce has announced that it has started direct negotiations with Schalke04 player Roman Neustadner who would be arriving on 5th July and would finalise talks and likely to sign contract either on evening or 6th July.

It was mentioned at our blog earlier that Neustadner performance should not be judged too much from Euro2016 as Russian National Team didnt manage to provide any good performance at the tournament. Earlier, in fact before Euro2016, Galatasaray was showing interest with him but later changed it mind which made Fenerbahce to start negotiations. It is hard to know for now whose decision is more correct one, but Neustadner does have capability to show good football with a team. Another factor with so many players changing their mind due of terror attacks, Neustadner seems to be looking forward to be signed to Fenerbahce, unless of unexpected changes in last minute, despite of arriving to Istanbul last week with an hour before that attack took place.

Neustander does hence show that he wants to come to Fenerbahce but it is too early how he would perform at the defence next season.

Jose Sosa wants to move to Estudiantes

Besiktas player Jose Sosa has informed to the club administrators that he has recieved 4 million euro from Estudiantes and he wants to move back to his old team. There are reports that administrator Ahmet Nur Cebi will travel to Argentina to talk to Sosa and if talks with him will be unsuccessful he would have negotiation with Estudiantes.

As it is known, Jose Sosa after gaining league title with Besiktas has travelled to Argentina for summer break where few days ago he had give visit to Estudiantes. His old club are interested to transfer him and it became clear that Sosa himself is looking forward to move back there. However, Besiktas are not interested at all for this to happen and would only consider with transfer fee no less than 6 million euro. Right now, Besiktas has always stated that it doesnt want to keep players who doesnt want to stay at team but right now it does try to convince both Jose Sosa and Atiba Hutchinson, latter wanting to go to West Ham United, and to go against will of the players.

Right now, Besiktas is running risk to lose three players at its league title spot who played an important role for that title as Mario Gomez was also called for pre-season training sessions of Fiorentina.

Fenerbahce interested to use Diego Ribas for transfer of Santos player Lucas Lima. 

Fenerbahce is currently are trying to find best ways of how to sell its player Diego Ribas and also seems to consider an option to use him as exchange of players. Today's rumour is that it might offer him to Santos with some extra cash for Lucas Lima.

Lucas Lima as it is known is expected to be one of the potential stars and with the fact that Santos does have some interest with Diego Ribas it will try to use this tactic with transfer negotiations but it could be hard one to be achieved as Santos is unlikely to sell Lucas Lima. Assuming that his value is high it does need to give pretty amount of cash even if it uses Diego Ribas with this offer. If Fenerbahce does achieve this transfer it would surely become most successful transfer of this transfer season and it would be interesting how this rumour develops.

It does need to be stated that so far Fenerbahce transfer politics are been done well and as long as it carries on like this it might once again become good strong team and possibly perform better after dissapointing last season.

Basaksehirspor wants to sell Edin Visca to top league.

Basaksehirspor has announced that the team has recieved 3 transfer offers from outside Turkey for its player Edin Visca and there werent any transfer offers from Fenerbahce, Trabzonspor and any other Turkish club.

Basaksehirspor are interested to transfer Edin Visca to other country but so far their didnt recieve suitable offer which their thing would identify his performance at last season of the league which was impressive. Therefore, the team would be looking forward for much better transfers in upcoming weeks and hope that well-known team from strong league would provide them an impressive offer and would get good cash in hand and Visca carry on his footballing career at high note. Fenerbahce very likely to sign Gregory van del Wiel on 4th July.

Fenerbahce has started weekend in very active manner as it had announced two transfer negotiations are coming towards the end and is getting into good conclusion at both of them. It has announced today that it had started direct transfer negotiations with PSG player Gregory van del Wiel and that he would arrive to Istanbul on 4th July to finalise talks.

It is expected that when he does arrive to 4th July he would sign his contract with his new team and it is clear right now that tour around Istanbul and negotiations which took place earlier this month seemed to be enough to convince van del Wiel despite of terror threats taking place in Istanbul and around Turkey. During past season despite of being at the PSG, Gregory van del Wiel didnt recieve lots of play-time and is hoping that he would be able to prove himself at Fenerbahce and he has capacity. Therefore, following transfer does seem to strong advantage both to the van del Wiel and Fenerbahce.

It is know pretty sure that unless of last minute changes the signature would be done on 4th July and it would be great transfer for the team.

Keeping Fabiano as 2nd choice goalkeeper is good choice for Fenerbahce.

Another transfer announcement made from Fenerbahce was stating that it had agreed with Porto to loan for another year goalkeeper Fabiano and now team has started transfer negotiations. It is also expected that following transfer would end as success for Fenerbahce as he also interested to stay at the team.

As it is known, Fabiano has been used as the 2nd goalkeeper and also was main selection by head coach Vitor Pereira during Europa League games. With Volkan Demirel having an operation and will be missing first few months at the start of the upcoming season, Fabiano should be good alternative for him. Volkan Demirel should be main goalkeeper for a team but Fabiano is good alternative who is known to be fine for being 2nd goalkeeper. Even through there were criticisms that Volkan Demirel should be also be at Europa League games, it needs to be noted that Fabiano didnt provide such a poor performance at the tournament.

Besiktas interested to transfer Kenneth Omureo who has played with Kasimpasa 

Besiktas after transferring Gokhan Gonul, are very close at signing its 2nd player who is Chelsea player Kenneth Omureo who was loaned to Kasimpasa last season and has played in total of 26 games last in defence.

It needs to be stated that Omeruo did provide good performance and has played an important role for a team to end league at 7th place with 50 points. He has played 2255 minutes and helped team a lot. One of the main advantages of the Omeruo is to be used at the Super League and know how the team is being performed so far. Besiktas signs Gokhan Gonul for 4 years.

After negotiations which have lasted for two months and also looking at the developments which were taking place at Fenerbahce, Besiktas has transferred Gokhan Gonul for 4 years with 1,750,000 euro yearly salary. After long term arguments between Gokhan Gonul and Fenerbahce, this chapter of this summer transfer stories has been concluded.

As soon as it became clear that Fenerbahce and Gokhan Gonul has an argument regarding of the extension of contract, with Fenerbahce claiming that he was after money. Besiktas has done intense work with transferring him. This surely would be going into fact that Gonul who is known to strong Fenerbahce player for 9 years and having wife who is strong Fenerbahce supporter as one of the unexpected transfers as he moved to one of their main rivals. As soon as it became clear that Besiktas transfer of Gokhan Gonul has been finalised in almost same time yesterday Fenerbahce has announced one of the star players and main player of Sivasspor Aatif Chahechouhue. Despite of team to be relegated last season and also in general Aatif has been best player at the side and among "mediocre" teams in overall.

As usual, there is question if he would get used to the big team and provide same level performance as he did in Sivasspor as he would have much more stress and responsibility from fans and media, however if he does perform as good as his old previous team than he would have good season. Jan Olde Riekerink extends his contract for 1 year with Galatasaray.

As been expected for some weeks now, Galatasaray has extended contract with its head coach Jan Olde Riekerink for one year with only 900,000 euro salary. After long negotiations with number of head coaches, especially from Germany, the team decided to go economical way by keeping current head coach.

Even through some fans might find this decision wrong, the players and administrators were looking positive to carry on with Riekerink. It could be in fact good decision as players are used to the Riekerink so is he, and in fact their performance wasnt that bad when he joined team taking account circumstances, including lifting Turkish Cup at the end of the season. It can maybe too risky to accept incredible performance by Riekerink next season but their can easily league contenders towards end of the season.

Newly-selected Antalyaspor CEO will be focussed into youth players. 

Antalyaspor has selected its new CEO Ali Safak Ozturk who is only 32-year old and is taken 3-year period reign which he took from Gultekin Gencer who has managed to be mentioned a lot since last summer due of his transfer of Samuel Eto'o and negotiations he had with Ronaldinho in duration of one year.

However, newly selected CEO Ozturk, at least from his pre-election and after being selected statements, does look to go more into conservative approach to the transfer of players. Ozturk has stated that main focus would be at developing team youth players, who he sees as potential stars of the Turkish football and arleady as team stars, and will not try to sign star players. He stated that he would keep Samuel Eto'o at the team, possibly seeing him as a leader as whole group as he has shown capability in previous season, but stated that he doesnt need players like Ronaldinho at team. Such a project could be good for Turkish football but it is unusual for Super League side to have this aims and it is important that he gets support from fellow administrators, team head coach Jose Morais and supporters.

Ozturk has a great aims and if he tries to follow his promises and achieve them that he will not only do good service for Antalyaspor but possibly to whole Turkish football in long run.

Bursaspor player Balasz Dzsudzsak wants to leave Turkey.

Yesterday, our blog has been talking about into affects Istanbul Ataturk Airport terrorists attacks could have into players in the Super League, especially to the foreign players. And first statement which has shown some negative reaction but understandable was by Balazs Dzsudzsak statements he had said to Hungarian media.

Dzsudzsak has stated that he does need to reconsider his future in the Bursaspor and also at the Turkey in overall as he feels worried for his safety. Another administrator at Galatasaray has announced resignation from his post. Selim Arda Ucer has become 4th administrator at the team to end his reign at the team and carries on showing some of the
misunderstandments inside the administration side of the  team taking place.

Among Selim Arda Ucer, Fatih Isbecer, Cuneyt Tanman were among well known names to resign. However, it is known that both Cenk Ergun and Alp Yalman were on the edge to resign but were managed to be stopped by other administrators. There are now talks about how stable is current administrators led by CEO Dursun Ozbek and arleady calls for early election to take place. Even through according to rules for election to take palce technically there must be 3-4 more resignation, there is call inside the team to call for election as soon as possible.


Trust towards this administration is very poor and it needs to do more to regain this trust by surely going for many revolutionary decisions which could be to call an election once again.
