 Adana Demirspor are showing interest to Serdar Dursun.

Adana Demirspor are interested to sign Fenerbahce player Serdar Dursun as it is reported that Fenerbahce are considering to sell its player during summer transfer window as he doesnt recieve lots of playimg time.

As been noted on our previous blog entry, Serdar Dursun is actually being a good player which is capable to show top level performance but since there is more experienced and skillful players at Fenerbahce he doesnt recieve lots of playing time. This without doubt does provide lots of interest from other mediocre Super League sides towards Serdar Dursun and one of them is being Adana Demirspor which provides some impressive performance in previous 2 seasons and aims to continue to do so. Hence, it would be expected that it would have strong interest to him during summer transfer window.

With Serdar Dursun likely to be one of the discussed transfers in country during summer transfer window and we would follow all developments.

Galatasaray are interested to sign Sevilla player Alex Telles.

Galatasaray are reported to be interested to transfer Sevilla player Alex Telles during summer transfer as player has been playing at the club some years ago with providing some very good performance.

Galatasaray which are aiming to compete at Champions League as it sees league title as almost achieved, also has started making very competitive side within and focussing into experienced players. Hence, if it would make a deal with Telles it would also be able to sign player who has experience at top level and also been played at the team and hence familiar expectations and level of Galatasaray and also Super League. Telles is known to have some good experience with Galatasaray so he likely would also accept such offer.

We would follow all recent developments in this matter as summer transfer window is getting closer.

While Sevilla are interested with Abdulkerim Bardakci.

With Galatasaray interested to sign Alex Telles, Sevilla in return are interested to transfer Abdulkerim Bardakci as it become impressed by performance of the defender at the team as he did show some good and stable performance.

This both news did come out on media unconnected, but if this both rumours are true it would be seen surprise as both sides could be even having negotiations of exchanges or some other offers which would be connected to between both players. Bardakci even through did have some good performance at Galatasaray during this season, in general he doesnt have lots of experience at top level as this being his 1st season and hence it could be seen that he might not be too experience for top level even through his level is not arguable. Still, it could be good opportunity for him to use this opportunity.

Hence, this could be risky move for Bardakci but could turn out to be turning point if those rumours are true and Bardakci with Galatasaray would decide to join Sevilla.

Fatih Karagumruk and Adana Demirspor game will be played at Vodafone Park.

TFF has announced that Super League 34th week game between Fatih Karagumruk and Adana Demirspor would be played at Vodafone Park which belong to Besiktas due of preparations for Champions League final on 10th June at Ataturk Olympic Stadium.

With preparation for Champions League final game at Ataturk Olympic Stadium, TFF did announce earlier that games would not be played and with Fatih Karagumruk being side without stadium, it did play its home games in that stadium. The team has been agreed to play Adana Demirspor at Besiktas home ground Vodafone Park and hence does provide view that reason why it has refused to Istanbulspor to play they game against Galatasaray due of fact that it didnt want to give its home ground to one its arch rivals earlier this week, as Istanbulspor did announce that it didnt make deal with them.

It needs to be mentioned that with 5 weeks left until end of the season, this teams would be looking for new ground at each home ground in this period.

Fenerbahce signs Irfan Can Egribat.

Fenerbahce has used transfer option with Goztepe player Irfan Can Egribat for 1,200,000 euro as player did fulfill role of Altay Bayindir in recent weeks with providing some good performance.

Even through, Fenerbahce did lose some points in recent weeks, it would be needed to state that Irfan Can Egribat did fulfill space of Altay Bayindir in pretty good manner with making some important saves as player as it is known has lots of potential for long time and hence such good and confident performance at goal should not be seen as big surprise. One of the interesting developments has been rumours that Galatasaray could be considering to providing technical staff role for Juan Mata as he plans to end carreer in the end of the season.

With Juan Mata not getting lots of playing time, it is known that with long-term experience he does play an important role at background with providing lots of lessons from his career and also motivating players and hence he is seen as very likeable person. Istanbulspor and Galatasaray will be played at Kasimpasa stadium

TFF has announced that Super League 34th week game between Istanbulspor and Galatasaray will be played at Kasimpasa Recep Tayyip Erdogan Stadium as an alternative to Istanbul Olympic Stadium.

Due of Champions League final which would be taking place on 11th May, TFF has announced earlier that no games would be played in that stadium and with Istanbul preferring to play in that stadium against big clubs, it has went into search to find suitable stadium as Besiktas did decline an offer earlier. With having some alternatives, it has managed to make an agreement with Kasimpasa for game to be played. With Kasimpasa stadium being close to Galatasaray stadium, could possibly lead for high number of supporters from league leaders to fill up stadium which would provide good advantage for them to get such crucial win. 

Even through Kasimpasa does have small capacity it does have good condition of field which could lead to good game between sides. 

Besiktas are interested to transfer Trabzonspor-loaned player Yusuf Yazici.

Besiktas are reported to be showing an interest to transfer Trabzonspor-loaned player Yusuf Yazici as player didnt fulfill his expectation at Trabzonspor but Senol Gunes believes that he could get maximum from player.

With Lille aiming to sell player in the end of the season could provide some issues to Besiktas, as loan option will not be able as Istanbul side would be looking into ways how to reduce transfer offer. Coming to player, with staying at his home country and also current uncertainty of his future, could lead him to be viewing an offer from Besiktas in positive manner. 

Hence, it is expected for Besiktas to start negoations soon with Lille which we would follow. 

Kayserispor and Samsunspor are interested to sign Fenerbahce player Serdar Dursun

Kayserispor and newly-promoted Samsunspor are interested to transfer Fenerbahce player Serdar Dursun who is considering to leave club for not recieving lots of playing time at the team.

Trabzonspor has terminated contract with Naci Unuvar.

Trabzonspor has terminated loan deal with Ajax player Naci Unuvar due of not providing very good performance and is not planned to be getting some playing time with club for rest of the season by Nemad Bjelica.

Even through Unuvar didnt get enough of playing time, when he did get some time he didnt provide necessarily satisfacting performance and didnt fulfill his potentiality of becoming future star in this season and hence it would be seen pretty understandably for this termination as staying at club where he would not be feeling welcome will also provide some issues to the player himself. With joining back Ajax he would likely be able to get some training sessions and also club could make plans of player future in more healthy condition. While this termination would help Trabzonspor to consider alternatives for him for next season.

Therefore, such decision from Trabzonspor to terminate contract with Naci Unuvar would be seen as good deal both sides.

Ali Koc could call early election if team doesnt win title.

It is reported that Fenerbahce CEO Ali Koc would be considering to call an early CEO election if team would not be winning title and still didnt make decision if he would be running as CEO.

This blog recently and also occassionally during last 5 years of Ali Koc reign did criticise him and state that possibly looking for mistakes at coaches would be big mistake and possibly team is not run properly. With Fenerbahce chances for title are still being alive, it is being vague chances and number of supporters during games does call for Koc to resign and even through there has been some times of heated tension between fans and Jorge Jesus, big call for his resignation are not being heard much. Ali Koc could also once run as candidate if he would call early election to get trust-check from team administrators.

Galatasaray started negotiations with Mauro Icardi for extension

Galatasaray has started negotiations with Mauro Icardi and his agent regarding of extension of contract between both sides as both parties does consider to continue his stay this time with contract rather than loan deal.

As would be expected, with Icardi showing good performance in the team in duration of whole season did raise an interest from big clubs but player stating several times that he feels happy at Galatasaray does provide an important advantage but as it does it should be acting fast as both PSG could recieve some crucial transfer deals and also good offer could be given to Icardi which he could be unlucky to decline. Hence, starting negotiations with player directly right now is being an important task to keep him.

Turkey does loan some good names to its squad which does play an important role but does have issue at keeping them as signed players and hence Galatasaray would need to do lots to convince Icardi and especially PSG with signing him.

Galatasaray got crucial win for its road for title thanks to organised game from defenders.

Galatasaray has made an important step for title as it has beaten Basaksehirspor with penalty goal from Mauro Icardi at the end of the 1st half and has made 5 point advantage at the top with 4 games in the league.

It needs to be mentioned such win did come with very good and organised performance of defence players especially during 2nd half as after scoring goal Galatasaray did provide defensive performance. Even through it could be mentioned that providing performance of defence while winning only with 1:0 result against strong opponent, it could be mentioned that Galatasaray are being among sides which does show such good performance when it matters. There were times during game where Galatasaray did show some signs of being panic especially during 2nd half but again getting focussed once again from players and also good support from fans has helped side to get very crucial 3 points as side would be meeting with relatively beatable sides in next 3 weeks.

Hence, Galatasaray would need to win all games before derby game at Fenerbahce and regardless how latter side plays, it would come out to derby as champions.

Bozok goals has brought first win to Bjelica as Trabzonspor coach.

Galatasaray got very important win against Basaksehirspor thanks to goal from Icardi.

Galatasaray has got an important win against Basaksehirspor with 1:0 scoreline thanks to the penalty goal from Mauro Icardi as it didnt provide necessarily very good attacking game but has provided full focus at defensive game and in overall and made an important step for league title.

With Fenerbahce drawing against Giresunpor on previous night, Galatasaray did come out to the game with single focus to get a win in such crucial game and it needs to be mentioned that it has started in such manner with controlling ball and has been looking for chances. But around 30 minutes of the game it did lose that dominance as Basaksehirspor did equalise game and it needs to be mentioned that penalty position and goal which has been converted by Mauro Icardi without doubt did come in very good time as it did find a goal which turned out to be penalty. During 2nd half, Galatasaray has focussed to reduce tempo of the game and even through did give ball to Basaksehirspor has provided very strong defensive game. It is known that Galatasaray tend to provide good and organised performance in the defence with keeping scoreline nad has done just that without letting Basaksehirspor to much fear in their goal.

Nenad Bjelica has got first win with Trabzonspor 

Trabzonspor has got first win with its new coach Nenad Bjelica against Ankaragucu with 2:0 thanks to the goals from Umut Bozok and has got some motivation for last games of the season.

Even through Trabzonspor are being currently without much aims at the league, it has been important for them to keep win in this game so to prevent possible criticism from supporters towards him. Fenerbahce continues losing crucial points at title race.

Fenerbahce are continuing to losing points in such crucial weeks as it has drawn against Giresunspor which are fighting to stay at the league as Istanbul side didnt provide an effective attacking and defensive game.

Fenerbahce has failed to get an upper hand during this game for 90 minutes as most part of the  1st half did play with providing control and possession of the game but it needs to be stated that tempo has been pretty low and the goal did come from penalty due of opponent hand ball. As Fenerbahce continued to provide low tempo and unaffective performance at the field, Giresunspor has shown much more attacking game and did create some good possession and it has entered to half-time thanks to the goal from Irfan Can Egribat. Fenerbahce has continued showing an ineffective performance during 2nd half as it did provide not much creativity and Giresunspor more or less knew how to defend and both create chances. Without downgrading, Giresunspor ability to make draw against side which are fighting for title, it needs to be mentioned that main fault for losing this 2 points has been Fenerbahce players which didnt show any willingness to defend leadership and find winning goal apart after conceding.

Giresunspor did come out for at least point and even through it did provide too much defensive game which led for penalty moments but it did show some good attacking when it did see its opportunities and could even scored more goals.

Fenerbahce hence are providing not very strong attacking game in recent weeks and continues to lose important points for title as league is coming into its end. 

Besiktas hopes for title stays alive after Antalyaspor win.

Besiktas continues its vague chances for title as it has won an away game against Antalyaspor with 3:1 scoreline with both coming from behind and finding goal in 2nd half, hence reminding scenario of recent games at the league.

Besiktas chances for league title are being on knife edge as it needs to win all games and waiting for loss of points both from Galatasaray and Fenerbahce and it needs to be mentioned that club is focussed to win all games and reach 80 points and wait for other results. Coming to this game, Besiktas didnt have good start of the game as it looked pretty passive during 1st half and has allowed Antalyaspor to get an upper hand which it did as it shown some good chances and did found goal from set-piece and could even find more. But with Besiktas adding on 2nd half and especially after 1st goal, Besiktas started dominated game with finding 2 more goals and didnt allow Antalyaspor to do much in this period.

With chances for title are being low in such scenarios means that Besiktas are not being at very high pressure which allows them to provide positive performance even through only in 2nd halves.

Galatasaray will have a tough Basaksehirspor barried for league title.

Galatasaray would be coming to one of the toughest games in its title race as point difference with Fenerbahce has been reduced to 3 points and with side being on decline as it did lose 5 points and conceded 6 goals in last 2 games.

Even through Galatasaray keep sending messages that its being main favourite for title and would continue winning games, its performance in recent games does provide seperate image as it did lose points against Fatih Karagumruk and Besiktas and it would be playing against side which did get win against them at Turkish Cup and still would like to provide revenge for 7:1 loss at 1st half this time at the league.
