Electronic tickets would be sold during Turkish Cup final.

With their being pretty high chance for Turkish Cup final to be taking place as Istanbul derby on 9th May, as final finalists would become clear following semi-final 2nd leg stage taking place earlier on April, this decision could still lead to sold-out stadium even through would make number of the fans unhappy. Stating that this decision could be led for recent hooliganism events which seems to be taking place at the Turkish Cup games with one of the most memorable being last season final game between Basaksehirspor and Konyaspor. Basaksehirspor has gained its performance and motivation for league title race.

Basaksehirspor has been main winner of this week among title contenders. 

Basaksehirspor has got very important win against Besiktas during Super League 26th week with goal from Eljero Elia and has got 1 point closer to the Galatasaray as it has provided high level concentration towards game which led them to provide well-organised game and didnt allow Besiktas to provide their own game.

With Basaksehirspor had drop from previous weeks at this season there was worry from their viewpoint that it might not be able to provide needed football against in-form Besiktas but with game how it has followed and Basaksehirspor has provided huge and important improvement from last week. Basaksehirspor has become biggest winner of this week and might be showing that Galatasaray draw would be able to provide them issues. Besiktas needs to be proud and also take lessons from this season Champions League campaign.

It is important to note here that overall performance of the Besiktas during this season Champions League and 8:1 aggregate scoreline recieved during last 16 against Bayern Munich should be treated differently and later should not provide an image of team performance.

Once again it is crucial to remind that at the group which included RB Leipzig, Monaco and Porto, Besiktas has managed to end group as leaders and due of unluck from draw for last 16 it did recieve a tough opponent despite of great performance at group stage. Besiktas has been referred to UEFA Disciplinary Committee following Bayern Munich game

Following Champions League last 16 2nd leg game against Bayern Munich, Besiktas has recieved unawaited and shocking decision from UEFA to refer them towards disciplinary committee for misorganisation of event due of cat entering to the field and also throwing items towards field from fans.

Even through the cats incident has been visible for everyone during TV coverage as referee of the has stopped game for 1 minute waiting for cat to leave the field and is justifiable as the entrance could been prevented from stadium workers, accusation of throwing items incident is not clear when took place. This blog doesnt state that UEFA has created an event which never tooked place but there is no specific record both in video and photography showing fans throwing item at the field. Meanwhile, if UEFA would find case of this items to be thrown at the field its ban of 1 year not attending to Europe with 2 year delay could go into effect from UEFA when decision is planned to be announced on 31st May. Hence, Besiktas might might some period of 1 and half month wiht UEFA regarding this issue.

It does seem that UEFA would provide fine towards Besiktas for cat incident but throwing items to the field needs to be explained more to understand seriousness of the issue.

It became clear that reason for sacking of Cenk Ergun from Galatasaray sports director has been mainly due of misunderstanding with Abdurrahim Albayrak as their were comments about salaries and transfer fees for the players.

It needs to be noted that this are only rumours and it is unclear how is this case true but it is believed that incident for Sofiane Feghouli transfer fee and also section of the contracts which has raised tension between two sides. As Cenk Ergun, has responded to Albayrak statement in angry manner also criticising him during his previous work as an administrator has went for Albayrak to complain Mustafa Cengiz and also for him to be resigned. If that is case, it could be understood for his sacking even through this kind of misunderstanding does take place and it could be solved in more organised manner. In either way, Cenk Ergun was appointed from previous administration and their was expectation with current administration as it seems to be case so it is unexpected in sense that Cenk Ergun was good at his job to some extend but with new administration joining to team this could be expected.

Their were rumours that Bursaspor was interested to appoint Cenk Ergun as sports director but their was no followup to story so it does look he is now free and might return to his old team in the future.

Bayern Munich has won game where for most part both sides focus has been low.

Champions League last 16 2nd leg game between Besiktas and Bayern Munich has been turned around as expected as prestige game following 5:0 loss of Besiktas in Munich and has been prepared in this matter even through it needs to be noted that both sides focussed to game at high note in start but lost concentration as game progressed.

In fact, Besiktas didnt manage to start game in good manner as Bayern Munich did show from start of the game that it was aiming to also win this game with organised game and control of the ball. Stating that Besiktas did provide some more organised game taking note that it wasnt coming out to lose game even through an own goal from Gokhan Gonul which has come out from simple position has shown that in some moments it wasnt to game entirely. Besiktas did manage to provide some organised game from middle of 2nd half as Vagner Love has also scored goal and hence has prevented team to end game without scoring to Bayern Munich as it has used an opportunity when the opponents psychologically has lost concentration of the game. In fact, it is hard to note that Besiktas has also mindfully been at the game entirely with some moments its supporters, which are known to be extra force to the team, has moved team forward. But with coming to game with 5:0 deficit and conceded 2 goals as game progressed its normal reaction of Besiktas.

Newcastle United and Everton are interested to transfer Garry Rodrigues.

With performance which Garry Rodrigues is currently showing at Galatasaray, he has quite naturally has provided an interest from number of the clubs around top European leagues and right now Newcastle United and Everton are new additions to the list.

In fact it has been reported that both team scouts would be visiting Super League 26th week game between Fenerbahce and Galatasaray to check into performance of the Rodrigues which without doubt would be his highest test in Turkey as for other players. Manchester United plans to offer  40 million euro for Anderson Talisca. 

Another transfer news which is been actively circulated during today at sports media has been actually coming from Portugal as their are reports that Manchester United is willing to pay as much as 40 million euro for Anderson Talisca to Benfica, main star of Besiktas during his loan period at club this season.

With Talisca showing great performance both at the Super League and Champions League group stage and also been selected at Brasilian National Team for upcoming friendlies, it would make certainly Besiktas administrators to be satisfied but in same time as team their aware that their might lose him as it doesnt have direct affect into negotiations.
